Demonstration circuit 1812A-C features the LTC2943-1. The LTC2943-1 has an operating range of 3.6V to 20V making it perfectly suited for multicell battery applications. A precision analog coulomb counter integrates current measured through the internal sense resistor. The LTC2943-1 measures voltage, current and temperature with an internal 14-bit No Latency ΔΣ™ ADC. The measurements are stored in internal registers accessible via the onboard SMBus/I2C interface.

Demonstration circuit 957 is a wide input range, 3.3V / 3.0A output synchronous buck-boost controller featuring the LTC3785. This circuit was designed to demonstrate the high levels of performance, efficiency, and small solution size attainable using this part in a buck-boost power supply. It operates at 500kHz and produces a regulated 3.3V, 3.0A output from an input voltage range of 2.7 to 10V. It is suitable for portable applications, and has a footprint area that is 0.36 square inches. Synchronous rectification helps to attain efficiency up to 96%, depending on line and load. The LTC3785 provides current limit and shutdown disconnect. It offers Burst Mode® operation for high efficiency at light loads.

LTC3833EFE Demo Board | VIN = 4.5V to 24V, VOUT1 = 1.5V @ 15A, RSENSE

Demonstration circuit 1516A is a 1.5V/15A synchronous buck converter operating with a switching frequency of 300kHz over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 24V. The demo board comes in two versions. The -A version uses inductor DCR current sensing with an iron powder inductor for highest efficiency. The -B version uses a 2.5mΩ/1% sense resistor for accurate current sensing with a low DCR ferrite inductor. The fixed on-time valley current mode control of the LTC3833 allows for a fast load step response.

Demonstration circuit 1807A is a dual output, dual phase synchronous buck converter featuring the LTC3869EUFD. The input voltage range is 4.5V to 14V, output voltages and currents are 1.5V/15A and 1.2V/15A. Two versions of the board are available. DC1807A-A has an on-board sense resistor for current feedback, while the DC1807A-B is configured with a DCR sense circuit that allows the converter to use the inductors DCR as the sense element instead of the on-board sense resistors to save cost and board space and improves efficiency.

The ADXRS453 is an angular rate sensor (gyroscope) intended for industrial, instrumentation, and stabilization applications in high vibration environments. An advanced, differential, quad sensor design rejects the influence of linear acceleration, enabling the ADXRS453 to offer high accuracy rate sensing in harsh envi-ronments where shock and vibration are present.The ADXRS453 uses an internal, continuous self-test architec-ture. The integrity of the electromechanical system is checked by applying a high frequency electrostatic force to the sense structure to generate a rate signal that can be differentiated from the base-band rate data and internally analyzed.The ADXRS453 is capable of sensing an angular rate of up to ?300?/sec. Angular rate data is presented as a 16-bit word that is part of a 32-bit SPI message.The ADXRS453 is available in a 16-lead plastic cavity SOIC (SOIC_CAV) and an SMT-compatible vertical mount package (LCC_V), and is capable of operating across a wide voltage range (3.3 V to 5 V). The ADXRS623 is a complete angular rate sensor (gyroscope)that uses the Analog Devices, Inc. surface-micromachiningprocess to create a functionally complete and low cost angularrate sensor integrated with all required electronics on one chip.The manufacturing technique for this device is the same highvolume BiMOS process used for high reliability automotiveairbag accelerometers.The ADXRS623 is an automotive grade gyroscope. Automotive grade gyroscopes have more extensive guaranteed min/max specifications due to automotive testing.The output signal, RATEOUT (1B, 2A), is a voltageproportional to the angular rate about the axis that is normal tothe top surface of the package. The output is ratiometric withrespect to a provided reference supply. A single externalresistor between SUMJ and RATEOUT can be used to lowerthe scale factor. An external capacitor sets the bandwidth. Otherexternal capacitors are required for operation.A temperature output is provided for compensation techniques.Two digital self-test inputs electromechanically excite thesensor to test proper operation of both the sensor and the signalconditioning circuits.
