The AD8139 is an ultralow noise, high performance differentialamplifier with rail-to-rail output. With its low noise, highSFDR, and wide bandwidth, it is an ideal choice for drivinganalog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with resolutions to 18 bits.The AD8139 is easy to apply, and its internal common-modefeedback architecture allows its output common-mode voltageto be controlled by the voltage applied to one pin. The internalfeedback loop also provides outstanding output balance as wellas suppression of even-order harmonic distortion products. Fullydifferential and single-ended-to-differential gain configurationsare easily realized by the AD8139. Simple external feedbacknetworks consisting of four resistors determine the closed-loopgain of the amplifier. The AD8139 is manufactured on the proprietary Analog Devices,Inc., second-generation XFCB process, enabling it to achieve lowlevels of distortion with input voltage noise of only 2.25 nV/?Hz.The AD8139 is available in an 8-lead SOIC package with anexposed paddle (EP) on the underside of its body and a 3 mm ?3 mm LFCSP. The ADL5501 is a mean-responding power detector for use in high frequency receiver and transmitter signal chains from 50 MHz to 6 GHz. It is easy to apply, requiring only a single supply between 2.7 V and 5.5 V and a power supply decoupling capacitor. The input is internally ac-coupled and has a nominal input impedance of 50 ?. The output is a linear-responding dc voltage with a conversion gain of 6.3 V/V rms at 900 MHz.The ADL5501 is intended for true power measurement of simple and complex waveforms. The device is particularly useful for measuring high crest factor (high peak-to-rms ratio) signals, such as CDMA-, CDMA2000-, W-CDMA-, and QPSK-/QAM-based OFDM waveforms. The on-chip modulation filter provides adequate averaging for most waveforms.The on-chip, 100 ? series resistance at the output, combined with an external shunt capacitor, creates a low-pass filter response that reduces the residual ripple in the dc output voltage. For more complex waveforms, an external capacitor at the FLTR pin can be used for supplementary signal demodulation.The ADL5501 offers excellent temperature stability across a 30 dB range and near 0 dB measurement error across temperature over the top portion of the dynamic range. In addition to its temperature stability, the ADL5501 offers low process variations that further reduce calibration complexity.The ADL5501 operates from ?40?C to +85?C and is available in a small 6-lead SC-70 package. The AD7794/AD7795 are low power, low noise, complete analog front ends for high precision measurement applications. They contain a low noise, 24-/16-bit ?-? ADC with six differential inputs. The on-chip low noise instrumentation amplifier means that signals of small amplitude can be interfaced directly to the ADC.Each device contains a precision, low noise, low drift internal band gap reference, and can also accept up to two external differential references. Other on-chip features include programmable excitation current sources, burnout currents, and a bias voltage generator that is used to set the common-mode voltage of a channel to AVDD/2. The low-side power switch can be used to power down bridge sensors between conversions, minimizing the system?s power consumption. The AD7794/AD7795 can operate with either an internal clock or an external clock. The output data rate from each part can vary from 4.17 Hz to 470 Hz.Both parts operate with a power supply from 2.7 V to 5.25 V. The B-grade parts (AD7794 and AD7795) are specified for a temperature range of ?40?C to +105?C while the C-grade part (AD7794) is specified for a temperature range of ?40?C to +125?C.
