The ADAR1000 is a 4-channel, X and Ku frequency band, beamforming core chip for phased arrays. This device operates in half-duplex between receive and transmit modes. In receive mode, input signals pass through four receive channels and are combined and output at the common RF_IO pin. In transmit mode, the RF_IO input signal is split and passes through the four transmit channels. In both modes, the ADAR1000 provides a ?31 dB gain adjustment range and a full 360? phase adjustment range in each radio frequency (RF) channel, with 6-bit resolution (less than ?0.5 dB and 2.8?, respectively).A simple 4-wire serial port interface (SPI) controls all of the on-chip registers. In addition, two address pins allow SPI control of up to four devices on the same serial lines. Dedicated transmit and receive load pins also provide synchronization of all ADAR1000 chips in the same array, and a single pin controls fast switching between the transmit and receive modes. The ADAR1000 is fabricated in a silicon-germanium, bipolar CMOS (BiCMOS) process. The LTM4634 integrates three complete 5A/5A/4A high efficiency switching mode DC/DC converters into one small package. Switching controllers, power FETs, inductors, and most support components are included. Operating over an input voltage range of 4.75V to 28V, the LTM4634 provides three independent output voltages. The easy to use input makes the ADL5906 frequency versatile by eliminating the need for a balun or any other form of external input tuning for operation up to 10 GHz.The ADL5906 provides a solution in a variety of high frequency systems requiring an accurate rms measurement of signal power. The ADL5906 can operate from 10 MHz to 10 GHz and can accept inputs from ?65 dBm to +8 dBm with varying crest factors and bandwidths, such as GSM-EDGE, CDMA, W-CDMA,TD-SCDMA, WiMAX, and OFDM-based LTE carriers. In addition, its temperature stability over the broad temperature range of ?55?C to +125?C makes it ideally suited for a wide array of communications, military, industrial, and instrumentation applications.Used as a power measurement device, VRMS is connected to VSET. The output is then proportional to the logarithm of the rms value of the input. In other words, the reading is presented directly in decibels and is scaled 1.1 V per decade, or 55 mV/dB; other slopes are easily arranged. In controller mode, the voltage applied to VSET determines the power level required at the input to null the deviation from the setpoint. The output buffer can provide high load currents.Requiring only a single supply of 5 V and a few capacitors, it is easy to use and capable of being driven single-ended or with a balun for differential input drive. The ADL5906 has a low 250 ?A sleep current when powered down by a logic high applied to the PWDN pin. It powers up within approximately 1.4 ?s to its nominal operating current of 68 mA at 25?C.The ADL5906 is supplied in a 4 mm ? 4 mm, 16-lead LFCSP and it is pin compatible with the ADL5902 and the AD8363 TruPwr? rms detectors. The ADPD4100/ADPD4101 operate as a complete multimodal sensor front end, stimulating up to eight light emitting diodes (LEDs) and measuring the return signal on up to eight separate current inputs. Twelve time slots are available, enabling 12 separate measurements per sampling period. The data output and functional configuration utilize an I2C interface on the ADPD4101 or a serial port interface (SPI) on the ADPD4100. The control circuitry includes flexible LED signaling and synchronous detection. The devices use a 1.8 V analog core and 1.8 V/3.3 V compatible digital input/output (I/O). The analog front end (AFE) rejects signal offsets and corruption from asynchronous modulated interference, typically from ambient light, eliminating the need for optical filters or externally controlled dc cancellation circuitry. Multiple operating modes are provided, enabling the ADPD4100/ADPD4101 to be a sensor hub for synchronous measurements of photodiodes, biopotential electrodes, resistance, capacitance, and temperature sensors. The multiple operation modes accommodate various sensor measurements, including, but not limited to, photoplethysmography (PPG), electrocardiography (ECG), electrodermal activity (EDA), impedance, capacitance, temperature, gas detection, smoke detection, and aerosol detection for various healthcare, industrial, and consumer applications. Demonstration circuit 1406A features three LT3746's, a 32-channel 20mA LED driver with buck controller and serial interface. The three LT3746’s are connected in series to control 32 OSRAM RGB LEDs stuffed on the demo board. Each IC drives a separate color. The demo board input voltage range is 9V to 40V and the LED output voltage is 4.2V for the blue and green LEDs, and 3V for the red LEDs.
Each channel has an individually adjustable 12-bit (4096-step) grayscale PWM dimming control and a 6-bit (64-step) dot correction current adjustment. Individual open/short LED and overtemperature flags are sent back during status read-back. The evaluation software installed in a host computer communicates with the DC1406A via the interface board DC590B, an USB serial controller.

The ADMV1010 is a compact, gallium arsenide (GaAs) design, monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), I/Q downconverter in a RoHS compliant package optimized for point to point microwave radio designs that operates in the 12.6 GHz to 15.4 GHz frequency range. The ADMV1010 is optimized to work as a low noise, upper sideband (low side local oscillator (LO)), image reject downconverter.The ADMV1010 provides 15 dB of conversion gain with 25 dB of image rejection. The ADMV1010 uses a radio frequency (RF), low noise amplifier (LNA) followed by an in-phase/quadrature (I/Q) double balanced mixer, where a driver amplifier drives the LO. IF1 and IF2 mixer outputs are provided, and an external 90? hybrid is needed to select the required sideband. The I/Q mixer topology reduces the need for filtering the unwanted sideband.
