The LTC6954 is a family of very low phase noise clock distribution parts. Each part has three outputs and each output has an individually programmable frequency divider and delay. There are four members of the family, differing in their output logic signal type:LTC6954-1: Three LVPECL outputsLTC6954-2: Two LVPECL and one LVDS/CMOS outputsLTC6954-3: One LVPECL and two LVDS/CMOS outputsLTC6954-4: Three LVDS/CMOS outputsEach output is individually programmable to divide the input frequency by any integer from 1 to 63, and to delay each output by 0 to 63 input clock cycles. The output duty cycle is always 50%, regardless of the divide number. The LVDS/CMOS outputs are jumper selectable via the OUTxSEL pins to provide either an LVDS logic output or a CMOS logic output. The LTC6954 also features Linear Technology?s EZSync system for perfect clock synchronization and alignment every time. All device settings are controlled through an SPI-compatible serial port.Applications Clocking High Speed, High Resolution ADCs, DACs?and Data Acquisition Systems Low Jitter Clock Distribution

Analog Devices Inc.
Demonstration Circuit 1073 is a 100kHz-500kHz programmable frequency, high voltage, current-mode DC/DC step-down converter featuring the LT3845. The operating frequency can be synchronized up to 600kHz. The demo board is designed for 12V @ 6.25A (75W) output from a 20V to 55V input. A soft-start feature controls the output voltage slew rate at start-up, reducing current surges and voltage overshoots. The modes of operation (Burst Mode, Discontinuous Current Mode and Continuous Current Mode) are jumper selectable. Both Burst Mode and Discontinuous Current Mode increase the efficiency at light loads. Continuous Current Mode will maintain a constant switching frequency regardless of the load current.

The LTC1403-1/LTC1403A-1 are 12-bit/14-bit, 2.8Msps serial ADCs with differential inputs. The devices draw only 4.7mA from a single 3V supply and come in a tiny 10-lead MSE package. A Sleep shutdown feature lowers power consumption to 10?W. The combination of speed, low power and tiny package makes the LTC1403-1/LTC1403A?1 suitable for high speed, portable applications. The 80dB common mode rejection allows users to eliminate ground loops and common mode noise by measuring signals differentially from the source. The devices convert ?1.25V to 1.25V bipolar inputs differentially. The absolute voltage swing for +AIN and ?AIN extends from ground to the supply voltage. The serial interface sends out the conversion results during the 16 clock cycles following CONV? for compatibility with standard serial interfaces. If two additional clock cycles for acquisition time are allowed after the data stream in between conversions, the full sampling rate of 2.8Msps can be achieved with a 50.4MHz clock.Applications Communications Data Acquisition Systems Uninterrupted Power Supplies Multiphase Motor Control Multiplexed Data Acquisition

The LT5538 is a 40MHz to 3800MHz monolithic logarithmic RF power detector, capable of measuring RF signals over a wide dynamic range, from ?75dBm to 10dBm. The RF signal in an equivalent decibel-scaled value is precisely converted into DC voltage on a linear scale. The wide linear dynamic range is achieved by measuring the RF signal using cascaded RF limiters and RF detectors. Their outputs are summed to generate an accurate linear DC voltage proportional to the input RF signal in dBm. The LT5538 delivers superior temperature stable output (within ?1dB over full temperature range) from 40MHz to 3.8GHz. The output is buffered with a low impedance driver.Applications Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) RF Power Measurement and Control RF/IF Power Detection Receiver RF/IF Gain Control Envelope Detection ASK Receiver
