The ADuC7019?/?ADuC7020?/?ADuC7021?/?ADuC7022?/?ADuC7024?/?ADuC7025?/?ADuC7026?/?ADuC7027?/ ADuC7028 /?ADuC7029 are fully integrated,1 MSPS, 12-bit data acquisition systems incorporating highperformance multichannel ADCs, 16-bit/32-bit MCUs, andFlash?/EE memory on a single chip.The ADC consists of up to 12 single-ended inputs. An additionalfour inputs are available but are multiplexed with the four DACoutput pins. The four DAC outputs are available only on certainmodels (ADuC7020, ADuC7026, ADuC7028, and ADuC7029).However, in many cases where the DAC outputs are not present,these pins can still be used as additional ADC inputs, giving amaximum of 16 ADC input channels. The ADC can operate insingle-ended or differential input mode. The ADC input voltageis 0 V to VREF. A low drift band gap reference, temperature sensor,and voltage comparator complete the ADC peripheral set.Depending on the part model, up to four buffered voltageoutput DACs are available on-chip. The DAC output range isprogrammable to one of three voltage ranges.The devices operate from an on-chip oscillator and a PLLgenerating an internal high frequency clock of 41.78 MHz(UCLK). This clock is routed through a programmable clockdivider from which the MCU core clock operating frequencyis generated. The microcontroller core is an ARM7TDMI?,16-bit/32-bit RISC machine, which offers up to 41 MIPS peakperformance. Eight kilobytes of SRAM and 62 kilobytes ofnonvolatile Flash/EE memory are provided on-chip. TheARM7TDMI core views all memory and registers as a singlelinear array.On-chip factory firmware supports in-circuit serial downloadvia the UART or I2C serial interface port; nonintrusive emulationis also supported via the JTAG interface. These features areincorporated into a low cost QuickStart? development systemsupporting this MicroConverter? family.The parts operate from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and are specified over anindustrial temperature range of ?40?C to +125?C. Whenoperating at 41.78 MHz, the power dissipation is typically120 mW. The AD7329 is an 8-Channel, 12-Bit Plus Sign Successive Approximation ADC. The ADC has a high-speed serial interface that can operate at throughput rates up to 1 MSPS. The Ad7329 has four software selectable ranges, ?10 V, ?5 V, ?2.5 V and 0 to 10 V. Each analog input channel can be independently programmed to one of the input ranges by setting the appropriate bits in the Range Registers.The Analog Input Channels can be configured as single ended, fully differential or pseudo differential. Dedicated Control Register bits are used to configure the Analog inputs.The ADC contains a 2.5 V Internal reference. The AD7329 also allows for external Reference operation. If a 3 V external reference is applied to the REFIN/OUT pin, the ADC can handle a True Bipolar ? 12 V Analog input range. VDD and VSS supplies of ? 12 V are required for this ? 12 V input range.The AD7329 has multiplexer output pins and ADC input pins. These allow the user to insert buffers, differential amplifiers or antialiasing filters, if required, between the Multiplexer and the ADC. This means that for eight analog inputs only a single driver is required for the AD7329.The AD7329 has a number of power down mode to reduce power consumption at lower throughput rates.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS The AD7329 can accept True Bipolar Analog Input signals, ?10V, ?5V, ?2.5V and 0 to 10V unipolar signals. The LT3663 is a current mode step-down switching regulator with programmable output current limit. The current limit accurately controls the system power dissipation and reduces the size of the power path components. The wide operating input voltage range of 7.5V to 36V (60V transient) suits the LT3663 to a variety of input sources, including unregulated 12V wall adapters, 24V industrial supplies, and automotive power. The LT3663 includes a low current shutdown mode, input overvoltage and undervoltage lockout, and thermal shutdown. Internal compensation and boost diode minimize the number of external exponents. 3.3V and 5V fixed output voltage versions are available. The ADBMS6816 is a multicell battery stack monitor that measures up to six series connected battery cells with a lifetime total measurement error (TME) of less than 1.5 mV. The cell measurement range of 0 V to 5 V makes the ADBMS6816 suitable for most battery chemistries. All six cells can be measured in 304 ?s, and lower data acquisition rates can be selected for high noise reduction.Multiple ADBMS6816 devices can be connected in series, permitting simultaneous cell monitoring of long, high voltage battery strings. Each ADBMS6816 has an isoSPI? interface for high speed, RF immune, long distance communications.Multiple devices are connected in a daisy chain with one host processor connection for all devices. This daisy chain can be operated bidirectionally, ensuring communication integrity even in the event of a fault along the communication path.The ADBMS6816 can be powered directly from the battery stack or from an isolated supply. The ADBMS6816 includes passive balancing for each cell, with individual pulse-width modulation (PWM) duty cycle control for each cell. The AD7732 is a high precision, high throughput analog front end. True 16-bit peak-to-peak resolution is achievable with total conversion times of 500 ?s (2 kHz channel switching) making it ideally suitable for high resolution multiplexing applications.The part can be configured via a simple digital interface, which allows users to balance the noise performance against data throughput up to a 15.4 kHz.The analog front end features two fully differential input channels with unipolar or true bipolar input ranges to ?10 V while operating from a single +5 V analog supply. The part has an overrange and underrange detection capability and accepts an analog input overvoltage to ?16.5 V without degrading the performance of the adjacent channels.The differential reference input features ?No-Reference? detect capability. The ADC also supports per channel system calibration options. The digital serial interface can be configured for 3-wire operation and is compatible with microcontrollers and digital signal processors. All interface inputs are Schmitt triggered. The part is specified for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of ?40?C to +105?C and is available in 28-lead TSSOP package.Other parts in the AD7732 family are the AD7734?and the AD7738.The AD7734 is similar to AD7732, but its analog front end features four single-ended input channels.The AD7738 analog front end is configurable for four fully differential or eight single-ended input channels, features 0.625 V to 2.5 V bipolar/unipolar input ranges, and accepts a common-mode input voltage from 200 mV to AVDD ? 300 mV.
