The LTC3532 is a high efficiency, fixed frequency, buck-boost DC/DC converter that operates from input voltages above, below or equal to the output voltage. The topology incorporated in the IC provides a continuous transfer function through all operating modes, making the product ideal for single lithium-ion, multicell alkaline or NiMH applications where the output voltage is within the battery voltage range.The device includes two 0.36? N-channel MOSFET switches and two 0.42? P-channel switches. Switching frequencies up to 2MHz are programmed with an external resistor. Quiescent current is only 35?A in Burst Mode operation, maximizing battery life in portable applications. Automatic Burst Mode operation allows the user to program the load current for Burst Mode operation or to control it manually.Other features include a 1?A shutdown, soft-start control, thermal shutdown, and peak current limit. The LTC3736-2 is a 2-phase dual synchronous step-down switching regulator controller with tracking that drives external complementary power MOSFETs using few external components. The constant-frequency current mode architecture with MOSFET VDS sensing eliminates the need for sense resistors and improves efficiency. Power loss and noise due to the ESR of the input capacitance are minimized by operating the two controllers out-of-phase.Pulse-skipping operation provides high efficiency at light loads. 100% duty cycle capability provides low dropout operation, extending operating time in battery-powered systems.The switching frequency can be programmed up to 750kHz, allowing the use of small surface mount inductors and capacitors. For noise sensitive applications, the LTC3736-2 switching frequency can be externally synchronized from 250kHz to 850kHz. An internal soft-start, which can be lengthened externally, smoothly ramps the output voltage during start-up.The LTC3736-2 is available in the tiny thermally enhanced (4mm ? 4mm) QFN and 24-lead narrow SSOP packages. The LTC2926 provides a simple solution for tracking and sequencing up to three power supply rails. An N-channel MOSFET and a few resistors per channel configure the load voltages to ramp up and down together, with voltage offsets, with time delays or with different ramp rates.Automatic remote sense switching compensates for voltage drops across the MOSFETs. The LTC2926 provides two integrated switches as well as a signal to control optional additional external N-channel MOSFET sense switches.The LTC2926 includes I/O signals for communication with other devices. The status output asserts after tracking and sequencing have completed. A low voltage on the power good input after an adjustable timeout period causes load disconnect. A low voltage on the fault I/O causes immediate load disconnect.
