The LTC7003 is a fast high side N-channel MOSFET gate driver that operates from input voltages up to 60V. It contains an internal charge pump that fully enhances an external N-channel MOSFET switch, allowing it to remain on indefinitely.Its powerful driver can easily drive large gate capacitances with very short transition times, making it well suited for both high frequency switching applications or static switch applications that require a fast turn-on and/or turn-off time.When an internal comparator senses that the switch current has exceeded a preset level, a fault flag is asserted and the switch is turned off after a period of time set by an external timing capacitor. After a cooldown period, the LTC7003 automatically retries.The LTC7003 is available in the thermally-enhanced 16-lead MSOP package.APPLICATIONS Static Switch Driver Load and Supply Switch Driver Electronic Valve Driver High Frequency High Side Gate Driver

The LTM4634 integrates three complete 5A/5A/4A high efficiency switching mode DC/DC converters into one small package. Switching controllers, power FETs, inductors, and most support components are included. Operating over an input voltage range of 4.75V to 28V, the LTM4634 provides three independent output voltages. VOUT1 and VOUT2 are adjustable from 0.8V to 5.5V, while VOUT3 is adjustable from 0.8V to 13.5V. Each output voltage is set by a single external resistor.High switching frequency and a current mode architecture enable a very fast transient response to line and load changes without sacrificing stability. The device supports frequency synchronization, multiphase parallel operation, soft-start and output voltage tracking for supply rail sequencing.Fault protection features include overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection and temperature monitoring. The power module is offered in a space saving, thermally enhanced 15mm ? 15mm ? 5.01mm BGA package. The HMC273AMS10G(E) is a general purposebroadband 5-Bit positive control GaAs IC digitalattenuator in a 10 lead MSOP plastic package.Covering 0.7 to 3.8 GHz, the insertion loss is typicallyless than 3 dB. The attenuator bit values are1 (LSB), 2, 4, 8, and 16 dB for a total attenuationof 31 dB. Accuracy is excellent at ?0.2 dB typicalwith an IIP3 of up to +46 dBm. Five bit control voltageinputs, toggled between 0 and +3 to +5 volts, areused to select each attenuation state.
