The LTC2208-14 is a 130Msps, sampling 14-bit A/D converter designed for digitizing high frequency, wide dynamic range signals with input frequencies up to 700MHz. The input range of the ADC can be optimized with the PGA front end.The LTC2208-14 is perfect for demanding communications applications, with AC performance that includes 77.1dBFS Noise Floor and 98dB spurious free dynamic range (SFDR). Ultralow jitter of 70fsRMS allows undersampling of high input frequencies with excellent noise performance. Maximum DC specs include ?1.5LSB INL, ?0.5LSB DNL (no missing codes).The digital output can be either differential LVDS or single-ended CMOS. There are two format options for the CMOS outputs: a single bus running at the full data rate or demultiplexed buses running at half data rate. A separate output power supply allows the CMOS output swing to range from 0.5V to 3.6V.The ENC+ and ENC? inputs may be driven differentially or single-ended with a sine wave, PECL, LVDS, TTL or CMOS inputs. An optional clock duty cycle stabilizer allows high performance at full speed with a wide range of clock duty cycles. Integrated DSM can generate frequencies with nearly 0 Hz frequency error. The DSM also includes a built-in programmable frequency sweep capability, with various automatic and user defined sweep modes and triggering options, including hardware trigger pin, or SPI trigger with optional delayed trigger.HMC983LP5E is a versatile part capable of various configurations. It has 5 general purpose I/Os (GPIOs). The HMC1094LP3E Logarithmic Detector converts RF signals at its input, to a proportional DC voltage at its output. The HMC1094LP3E employs successive compression topology which delivers high dynamic range over a wide input frequency range. As the input power is increased, successive amplifiers move into saturation one by one creating an approximation of the logarithm function. The output of a series of detectors is summed, converted into the voltage domain and buffered to drive the LOGOUT output. The HMC1094LP3E provides a nominal logarithmic slope of +18 mV/dB and an intercept of -113 dBm at 23 GHz. The HMC951B is a compact GaAs MMIC I/Q downconverter in a leadless RoHS compliant SMT package. This device provides a small signal conversion gain of 13 dB with a noise figure of 2 dB and 24 dB of image rejection across the frequency band. The HMC951B utilizes an LNA followed by an image reject mixer which is driven by an LO buffer amplifier. The image reject mixer eliminates the need for a filter following the LNA, and removes thermal noise at the image frequency.I and Q mixer outputs are provided and an external 90? hybrid is needed to select the required sideband.
