The HMC1094LP3E Logarithmic Detector converts RF signals at its input, to a proportional DC voltage at its output. The HMC1094LP3E employs successive compression topology which delivers high dynamic range over a wide input frequency range. As the input power is increased, successive amplifiers move into saturation one by one creating an approximation of the logarithm function. The output of a series of detectors is summed, converted into the voltage domain and buffered to drive the LOGOUT output. The HMC1094LP3E provides a nominal logarithmic slope of +18 mV/dB and an intercept of -113 dBm at 23 GHz. The HMC951B is a compact GaAs MMIC I/Q downconverter in a leadless RoHS compliant SMT package. This device provides a small signal conversion gain of 13 dB with a noise figure of 2 dB and 24 dB of image rejection across the frequency band. The HMC951B utilizes an LNA followed by an image reject mixer which is driven by an LO buffer amplifier. The image reject mixer eliminates the need for a filter following the LNA, and removes thermal noise at the image frequency.I and Q mixer outputs are provided and an external 90? hybrid is needed to select the required sideband. The LT1997-1 is a difference amplifier that can be used to amplify small differential signals while rejecting large common mode signals making it an ideal choice for current sense applications. It combines a precision operational amplifier with highly-matched resistors to form a one-chip solution to amplify and level shift voltages accurately using no external components. It comes with three standard pin-selectable gain options (10, 20 and 50), which can be further combined to form gains from 0.141 to 80 with accuracy of 0.012% (120ppm). The LT1997-1 also operates with input voltages between V? and V? + 76V (independent of V+), enabling robust operation in demanding industrial environments. Its excellent resistor matching results in a common mode rejection ratio of greater than 109dB (Gain = 10).The resistors maintain their excellent matching over temperature; the matching temperature coefficient is guaranteed less than 1ppm/?C. The resistors are extremely linear with voltage, resulting in a gain nonlinearity of less than 2ppm. The LT1997-1 is fully specified at 5V and ?15V supplies and from ?40?C to 125?C. 18V, 10A Synchronous Step-Down Silent Switcher 2

Demonstration circuit 2560A is a 18V, 10A synchronous step-down Silent Switcher®2 with spread spectrum frequency modulation featuring the LT8642S. The demo board is designed for 1.2V output from a 2.8V to 18V input. The LT8642S is a compact, ultralow emission, high efficiency, and high speed synchronous monolithic step-down switching regulator. The integrated bypass capacitors optimize all the fast current loops and make it easier to minimize EMI/EMC emissions by reducing layout sensitivity. Selectable spread spectrum mode can further improve EMI/EMC performance. Fast minimum on-time of 20ns enables high VIN to low VOUT conversion at high frequency. The LT8642S switching frequency can be programmed either via a resistor or external clock over a 200kHz to 3MHz range. The default frequency of demo circuit 2560A is 2MHz. The SYNC pin on the demo board is grounded (JP1 at BURST position) by default for low ripple Burst Mode® operation. To synchronize to an external clock, move JP1 to SYNC and apply the external clock to the SYNC terminal. Spread spectrum mode and forced continuous mode can be selected respectively by moving JP1 shunt. The demo board has an EMI filter installed. This EMI filter can be included by applying the input voltage at the VIN_ EMI terminal. The LT8642S data sheet gives a complete description of the part, operation and application information. The data sheet must be read in conjunction with this demo manual for demo circuit 2560A. The LT8643S is assembled in a 4mm × 4mm LQFN package with exposed pads for low thermal resistance. The layout recommendations for low EMI operation and maximum thermal performance are available in the data sheet section Low EMI PCB Layout and Thermal Considerations.

LTM4691 Demo Board | Low VIN, High Efficiency, Dual 2A Step-down μModule DC/DC Converter

Demonstration circuit 2910A is low VIN, high efficiency, and dual 2A output µModule DC/DC converter. The board operates by default at a fixed 2MHz and can be synchronized from 1MHz to 3MHz via the MODE/SYNC pin. With its high switching frequency and current mode architecture, a fast transient response to line and load changes is possible without sacrificing stability. The DC2910A can be used in forced continuous mode or pulse skip mode for low noise, or in burst mode operation for high efficiency at light loads. The demo board features the LTM4691, which is available in a low profile 3mm x 4mm x 1.2mm LGA package. Please see the LTM4691 datasheet for more detailed information. It is recommended to read the data sheet for the LTM4691 prior to making any changes to the DC2910A.
