The LTC2751 is a family of 12-, 14-, and 16-bit multiplying parallel-input, current-output DACs. They operate from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply. All parts are guaranteed monotonic over temperature. The LTC2751A-16 provides 16-bit performance (?1LSB INL and DNL) overtemperature without any adjustments. These SoftSpan? DACs offer six output ranges ? two unipolar and four bipolar ? that can be programmed through the parallel interface, or pin strapped for operation in a single range.These parts use a bidirectional input/output parallel interface that allows read back of any on-chip register. A power-on circuit resets the DAC output to 0V when power is initially applied. A logic low on the CLR pin asynchronously clears the DAC to 0V in any output range. The HMC1119 is a broadband, highly accurate, 7-bit digitalattenuator, operating from 0.1 GHz to 6.0 GHz with 31.5 dBattenuation control range in 0.25 dB steps.The HMC1119 is implemented in a silicon process, offeringvery fast settling time, low power consumption, and high ESDrobustness. The device features safe state transitions and isoptimized for excellent step accuracy and high linearity overfrequency and temperature range. The RF input and output areinternally matched to 50 ? and do not require any externalmatching components. The design is bidirectional; therefore,the RF input and output are interchangeable.The HMC1119 has an on-chip regulator that can support a widesupply operating range from 3.3 V to 5.0 V with no performancechange in electrical characteristics. The AD5111 provides a nonvolatile solution for 128-position adjustment applications, offering guaranteed low resistor tolerance errors of ?8% and up to ?6 mA current density in the A, B, and W pins. The low resistor tolerance, low nominal temperature coefficient, and high bandwidth simplifyopen-loop applications, as well as tolerance matching applications.The new low wiper resistance feature minimizes the wiper resistance in the extremes of the resistor array to only 45 ? typical.A simple 3-wire up/down interface allows manual switching or high speed digital control with clock rates up to 50 MHz.The AD5111 is available in a 2 mm ? 2 mm LFCSP package.
