The ADM1192 is an integrated current sense amplifier that offers digital current and voltage monitoring via an on-chip, 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), communicated through an I2C interface.An internal current sense amplifier senses voltage across the sense resistor in the power path via the VCC pin and the SENSE pin.A 12-bit ADC can measure the current seen in the sense resistor and in the supply voltage on the VCC pin. An industry-standard I2C interface allows a controller to read current and voltage data from the ADC. Measurements can be initiated by an I2C command. Alternatively, the ADC can run continuously, and the user can read the latest conversion data whenever it is required. Up to four unique I2C addresses can be created, depending on the way the ADR pin is connected.A SETV pin is also included. A voltage applied to this pin is internally compared to the output voltage on the current sense amplifier. The output of the SETV comparator asserts when the current sense amplifier output exceeds the SETV voltage. This event is detected at the ALERT block. The ALERT block then charges up the external TIMER capacitor with a fixed current. When this timing cycle is complete, the ALERT output asserts.The ALERT output can be used as a flag to warn a micro-controller or field programmable gate array (FPGA) of an overcurrent condition. ALERT outputs of multiple ADM1192 devices can be tied together and used as a combined alert.A basic P-channel FET hot swap circuit can be implemented with the ALERT output. The ADCMP604 / ADCMP605?are very fast comparators fabricated on the Analog Devices, Inc. proprietary XFCB2 process. These comparators are exceptionally versatile and easy to use. Features include an input range from VEE ? 0.5 V to VCCI + 0.2 V, low noise, LVDS-compatible output drivers, and TTL/CMOS latch inputs with adjustable hysteresis and/or shut-down inputs.The devices offer 1.5 ns propagation delays with 1 ps rms random jitter (RJ). Overdrive and slew rate dispersion are typically less than 50 ps.A flexible power supply scheme allows the devices to operate with a single 2.5 V positive supply and a ?0.5 V to +2.7 V input signal range up to a 5.5 V positive supply with a ?0.5 V to +5.7 V input signal range. Split input/output supplies, with no sequencing restrictions on the ADCMP605, support a wide input signal range with greatly reduced power consumption.The LVDS-compatible output stage is designed to drive any standard LVDS input. The comparator input stage offers robust protection against large input overdrive, and the outputs do not phase reverse when the valid input signal range is exceeded. The HMC539ALP3/539ALP3E is a broadband5-bit GaAs IC digital attenuator in a low cost leadless surface mount package. This single positive control line per bit digital attenuator utilizes an offchip AC ground capacitor for near DC operation,making it suitable for a wide variety of RF and IFapplications. Covering DC to 4 GHz, the insertion loss is less than 0.7 dB typical. The attenuatorbit values are 0.25 (LSB), 0.5, 1, 2, and 4 dB for atotal attenuation of 7.75 dB. Attenuation accuracy isexcellent at ? 0.05 dB typical step error. The attenu-ator also features a high IIP3 of +62 dBm. Five TTL/CMOS control inputs are used to select each attenuation state. The ADAR4002 is a very low power broadband bi-directional single channel true time delay unit (TDU) and a digital step attenuator (DSA). The IC has 18.5 GHz of bandwidth over a frequency range of 0.5 GHz to 19 GHz with 50 ? input impedance at both RF ports. The TDU has two programmable maximum time delays, each with 7-bit control: Range 0 has a maximum delay of 508ps with a resolution of 4ps. This range is used at lower frequencies and where the ADAR4002 has less loss. Range 1 has a maximum delay of 254ps and a resolution of 2ps. This range has less loss compared to Range 0 and is useful at higher frequencies. The DSA has 6-bit resolution with an attenuation range of 0 dB to 31.5 dB and a step size of 0.5 dB. The ADAR4002 is designed to provide flexible digital control through either a SPI interface or a shift register to allow daisy chaining multiple chips together. The ADAR4002 contains register memory for 32 TDU+DSA states.
