The HMC773ALC3B is a general-purpose, double balanced mixer ina leadless, RoHS compliant LCC package that can be used as anupconverter or downconverter from 6 GHz to 26 GHz. Thismixer requires no external components or matching circuitry. The HMC773ALC3B provides excellent LO to RF and LO to IFsuppression due to optimized balun structures. The mixeroperates well with LO drive levels of 13 dBm or above. TheHMC773ALC3B eliminates the need for wire bonding, allowing useof surface-mount manufacturing techniques.Applications Point to point radios Point to multipoint radios and very small aperture terminals (VSATs) Test equipment and sensors Military end use
