The HMC1055 is a low cost, gallium arsenide (GaAs), single-pole,single-throw (SPST) switch in a surface-mount LFCSPpackage. This switch offers low insertion loss, high isolation,and exceptional third-order intermodulation performance thatmake it ideal for many cellular and wireless infrastructureapplications from 0.5 GHz to 4.0 GHz.The HMC1055 operates with single positive supply voltage anda single positive control voltage at very low dc currents.
