The ADP7185 is a complementary metal oxide semiconductor(CMOS), low dropout (LDO) linear regulator that operatesfrom ?2.0 V to ?5.5 V and provides up to ?500 mA of output current. This high output current LDO is ideal for regulation of high performance analog and mixed signal circuits operatingfrom ?0.5 V down to ?4.5 V. Using an advanced proprietaryarchitecture, the ADP7185 provides high power supple rejectionratio (PSRR) and low noise, and it achieves excellent line and loadtransient response with a small 4.7 ?F ceramic output capacitor.The ADP7185 is available in 15 fixed output voltage options.The following voltages are available from stock: ?0.5 V, ?1.0 V,?1.2 V, ?1.5 V, ?1.8 V, ?2.0 V, ?2.5 V, ?3.0 V, and ?3.3 V.Additional voltages available by special order are ?0.8 V, ?0.9 V, ?1.3 V, ?2.8 V, ?4.2 V, and ?4.5 V. An adjustable version is also available which allows output voltages that range from ?0.5 V to ?VIN + 0.5 V with an external feedback divider.The enable logic feature is capable of interfacing with positive or negative logic levels for maximum flexibility.The ADP7185 regulator output noise is 4 ?V rms independent of the output voltage. The ADF7020-1 is a low power, highly integrated FSK/ GFSK/ ASK/ OOK/ GOOK transceiver designed for operation in thelow UHF and VHF bands. The ADF7020-1 uses an externalVCO inductor that allows users to set the operating frequencyanywhere between 135 MHz and 650 MHz. Using the divide-by-2circuit allows users to operate the device as low as 80 MHz.The typical range of the VCO is about 10% of the operatingfrequency. A complete transceiver can be built using a smallnumber of external discrete components, making the ADF7020-1 very suitable for price-sensitive and area-sensitiveapplications.The transmit section contains a VCO and low noisefractional-N PLL with output resolution of <1 ppm. Thisfrequency agile PLL allows the ADF7020-1 to be used infrequency-hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) systems. The VCOoperates at twice the fundamental frequency to reduce spuriousemissions and frequency pulling problems.The transmitter output power is programmable in 63 steps from?20 dBm to +13 dBm. The transceiver RF frequency, channelspacing, and modulation are programmable using a simple 3-wire interface. The device operates with a power supply range of2.3 V to 3.6 V and can be powered down when not in useA low IF architecture is used in the receiver (200 kHz),minimizing power consumption and the external componentcount and avoiding interference problems at low frequencies.The ADF7020-1 supports a wide variety of programmablefeatures, including Rx linearity, sensitivity, and IF bandwidth,allowing the user to trade off receiver sensitivity and selectivityfor current consumption, depending on the application. Thereceiver also features a patent-pending automatic frequencycontrol (AFC) loop, allowing the PLL to compensate forfrequency error in the incoming signal.An on-chip ADC provides readback of an integrated temperaturesensor, an external analog input, the battery voltage, or theRSSI signal, which provides savings on an ADC in someapplications. The temperature sensor is accurate to ?10?C overthe full operating temperature range of ?40?C to +85?C. The ADV3226/ADV3227 are high speed 16 ? 16 analog crosspoint switch matrices. They offer a ?3 dB signal bandwidth greater than 750 MHz and channel switch times of less than 20 ns with 1% settling.The ADV3226/ADV3227 include 16 independent output buffers that can be placed into a high impedance state for paralleling crosspoint outputs to prevent off channels from loading the output bus. The ADV3226 has a gain of +1 and the ADV3227 has a gain of +2. They both operate on voltage supplies of ?5 V while consuming only 118 mA (ADV3226) and 133 mA (ADV3227) of idle current. The LTC2157-12/LTC2156-12/LTC2155-12 are a family of dual 250Msps/210Msps/170Msps 12-bit A/D converters designed for digitizing high frequency, wide dynamic range signals. They are perfect for demanding communications applications with AC performance that includes 68.5dB SNR and 90dB spurious free dynamic range (SFDR). The 1.25GHz input bandwidth allows the ADC to achieve high undersampling ratio with very low attenuation. Demonstration circuit 760 is a dual, output, 1.1MHz Boost/Inverter in a 3mm x 3mm DFN featuring the LT3472EDD. The demo circuit demonstrates small size and low component count in a Boost Circuit and an Inverting Circuit. The Boost Converter is designed to convert a 2.7V–4.2V input to 15V output at 25mA– 45mA load. The Inverting Circuit generates a –8V output at 35mA–65mA from the same input. Since the maximum VIN of the LT3472EDD is 16V, this demo circuit will work well at higher inputs. The only limitation is the 10V rating of the input capacitor.
