The LTC2209 is a 160Msps 16-bit A/D converter designed for digitizing high frequency, wide dynamic range signals with input frequencies up to 700MHz. The input range of the ADC can be optimized with the PGA front end.The LTC2209 is perfect for demanding communications applications, with AC performance that includes 77.3dBFS Noise Floor and 100dB spurious free dynamic range (SFDR). Ultra low jitter of 70fsRMS allows undersampling of high input frequencies with excellent noise performance. Maximum DC specs include ?5.5LSB INL, ?1LSB DNL (no missing codes). The digital output can be either differential LVDS or single-ended CMOS. There are two format options for the CMOS outputs: a single bus running at the full data rate or demultiplexed busses running at half data rate. A separate output power supply allows the CMOS output swing to range from 0.5V to 3.6V.The ENC+ and ENC? inputs may be driven differentially or single-ended with a sine wave, PECL, LVDS, TTL or CMOS inputs. An optional clock duty cycle stabilizer allows high performance at full speed with a wide range of clock duty cycles.Applications Telecommunications Receivers Cellular Base Stations Spectrum Analysis Imaging Systems

LT3991EMSE Demo Board | 55V, 1.2A, Step-Down Regulator with 2.8µA Quiescent Current
Analog Devices Inc.
Demonstration circuit 1526 is a monolithic step-down DC/DC switching regulator featuring the LT3991. The switching frequency is adjustable up to 2MHz. The demo circuit is designed for 3.3V, 1.2A output from a 4.5V to 55V input. The wide input range of the LT3991 allows a variety of input sources including automotive batteries and 24V industrial supplies. Low ripple Burst Mode increases the efficiency at the light load while keeping the output ripple below 15mV. The part is in shutdown when the EN pin is low and active when the pin is high. The threshold of the EN pin is accurate at 1.01V with 30mV of hysteresis. When VIN is above 6V, adding a resistor divider from VIN to EN can program the LT3991 to regulate the output only when VIN is above a desired voltage. The circuit consumes only 2.8μA of quiescent current. The boost diode, control and logic circuit are integrated to reduce the components count and solution size. The current mode control scheme creates fast transient response and good loop stability.
