The ADM1184 is an integrated, 4-channel voltage-monitoring device. A 2.7 V to 5.5 V power supply is required on the VCC pin to power the device.Four precision comparators monitor four voltage rails. Each comparator has a 0.6 V reference with a worst-case accuracy of 0.8%. Resistor networks that are external to the VIN1, VIN2, VIN3, and VIN4 pins set the trip points for the monitored supply rails.The ADM1184 has four open-drain outputs. Of these outputs, OUT1 to OUT3 can be used to enable power supplies, and PWRGD is a common power-good output indicating that all monitored supplies are above their respective thresholds.OUT1 to OUT3 are dependent on their associated VINx input (that is, VIN1, VIN2, or VIN3). If a supply monitored by VINx drops below its programmed threshold, the associated OUTx pin and PWRGD are disabled.PWRGD is a common power-good output indicating the status of all monitored supplies. There is an internal 190 ms (typical) delay associated with the assertion of the PWRGD output. Demonstration circuit SCP-ADP150-EVALZ features the ADP150, an ultralow noise (9μV), low dropout, linear regulator that operates from 2.2V to 5.5V and provides up to 150mA of output current. ADP150AUJZ-3.3-R7 fixed volt-age IC is installed on this board.

Demonstration circuit 1707 is a high efficiency monolithic step-down DC/DC switching regulator designed for double-data-rate (DDR) memory termination in computer systems. The VTT output is capable of sourcing and sinking up to 6A with an output voltage equal to one-half the voltage applied to the VDDQIN terminal or one-half the input supply voltage, selected by a jumper. An additional low current output (VTTR) also equal to one-half the voltage on VDDQIN can source and sink up to 10mA. Input voltage range is from 2.25V to 5.5V with overvoltage protection for transients exceeding 6.5V.

The ADXL367 is an ultralow power, 3-axis microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) accelerometer that consumes only 0.89 ?A at a 100 Hz output data rate and 180 nA when in motion-triggered wake-up mode. Unlike accelerometers that use power duty cycling to achieve low power consumption, the ADXL367 does not alias input signals by undersampling, but samples the full bandwidth of the sensor at all data rates.The ADXL367 always provides 14-bit output resolution. 8-bit formatted data is offered for more efficient single-byte transfers when a lower resolution is sufficient. 12-bit formatted data is also provided for ADXL362 design compatibility. Measurement ranges of ?2 g, ?4 g, and ?8 g are available, with a resolution of 0.25 mg/LSB on the ?2 g range.In addition to its ultralow power consumption, the ADXL367 has many features to enable true system level power reduction. It includes a deep multimode output first in, first out (FIFO), a built-in micropower temperature sensor, an internal analog-to-digital converter (ADC) for synchronous conversion of an additional analog input with interrupt capability, single-tap and double-tap detection that can operate at any output data rate with only an added 35 nA of current, and a state machine to prevent a false triggering. In addition, the ADXL367 has provisions for external control of the sampling time and/or an external clock.The ADXL367 operates on a wide 1.1 V to 3.6 V supply range, and can interface, if necessary, to a host operating on a separate supply voltage.
