The LTM2886 is a complete galvanic digital ?Module? (micromodule) isolator. No external components are required. A single 3.3V or 5V supply powers both sides of the interface through an integrated, isolated DC/DC converter. A logic supply pin allows easy interfacing with different logic levels from 1.62V to 5.5V, independent of the main supply.Available options are compliant with SPI and I2C (master mode only) specifications.The isolated side includes fixed ?5V and 5V adjustable power supplies, each capable of providing more than 100mA of load current. The 5V adjustable supply may be programmed via an external voltage divider.Coupled inductors and an isolation power transformer provide 2500VRMS of isolation between the input and output logic interface. This device is ideal for systems where the ground loop is broken, allowing for a large common mode voltage range. The LTC2983 measures a wide variety of temperature sensors and digitally outputs the result, in ?C or ?F, with 0.1?C accuracy and 0.001?C resolution. The LTC2983 can measure the temperature of virtually all standard (type B, E, J, K, N, S, R, T) or custom thermocouples, automatically compensate for cold junction temperatures and linearize the results. The device can also measure temperature with standard 2-, 3- or 4-wire RTDs, thermistors and diodes. It has 20 reconfigurable analog inputs enabling many sensor connections and configuration options. The LTC2983 includes excitation current sources and fault detection circuitry appropriate for each type of temperature sensor.The LTC2983 allows direct interfacing to ground referenced sensors without the need for level shifters, negative supply voltages, or external amplifiers. All signals are buffered and simultaneously digitized with three high accuracy, 24-bit ?? The DC2875A is a demonstration system for the LTC2971 Power System Manager that interfaces to various regulators. The board contains all the circuitry needed to demonstrate a power system that utilizes two 2-channel LTC2971 devices that manage four power supplies. The four power supplies include various switching regulators for the purpose of demonstrating a variety of methods to sense voltage and current. The demo board provides a sophisticated 4-channel digitally programmable power supply system.
The LTC2971 is a 2-channel I2C/SMBus/PMBus Power System Manager that features accurate input current and energy measurement and is capable of managing ±60V supplies. The device monitors input current and input voltage, and calculates input power and energy. The DC2875A demonstrates the ability of the LTC2971 to sequence, trim, margin, supervise, monitor, and log faults for four power supplies. The LTC2971 monitors each channel’s output voltage and output current and also monitors each channel’s external temperature sensor and its own internal die temperature.
The DC2875A board contains four independent power supply rails. All four rails are based on DC/DC switching regulators. The +36V and +32V channels are managed by
an LTC2971 and the ±24V channels are managed by an LTC2971-1. The board is pre-configured with these voltages and may be re-configured with feedback resistors.
The LTpowerPlay® graphical user interface (GUI) supports this demonstration system and enables complete control of all the features of the LTC2971. Together, the
LTpowerPlay software and DC2875A hardware system create a powerful development environment for designing and testing configuration settings of the LTC2971.
LTpowerPlay stores these settings in the LTC2971 internal EEPROM or in a project file. The software displays all of the configuration settings and real time measurements
from the Power System Management IC. Telemetry allows easy access and decoding of the fault log created by the LTC2971. The board comes preprogrammed with the EEPROM values appropriate for the four power supply rails on the DC2875A. Just plug and play!

The LTC2941 measures battery charge state in battery-supplied handheld PC and portable product applications. Its operating range is perfectly suited for single-cell Li-Ion batteries. A precision coulomb counter integrates current through a sense resistor between the battery?s positive terminal and the load or charger. The measured charge is stored in internal registers. An SMBus/I2C interface accesses and configures the device.The LTC2941 features programmable high and low thresholds for accumulated charge. The EVAL-ADL5902-ARDZ shield illustrates the functionality of the ADL5902, a 50 MHz to 9 GHz 65 dB TruPwr™ RMS responding RF power detector. The voltage outputs of the ADL5902 are routed to the ANALOG IN connector of the Arduino base board. This allows the RF power detector’s output voltage to be easily digitized and processed by the Arduino base board’s integrated six-channel ADC. The output of the ADL5902’s on-board temperature sensor is also routed to one of the ANALOG IN pins.

DC1724A is a μModule® step-down converter, featuring the LTM8029, which consumes only 5μA of quiescent current. The demo circuit is designed for a 5V, 600mA output at an operating frequency of 600kHz. The input voltage range is from 5.6V to 36V.
If the input voltage decreases towards the programmed output voltage, the LT3973 will start to skip switch-off times and decrease the switching frequency to maintain output regulation up to a maximum duty cycle of approximately 97.5%.
