The ADATE324 is a complete, single-chip, quad-channel automatic test equipment (ATE) solution that performs the pin electronics (PE) functions of a driver, a comparator, and an active load (DCL). The device also features a high voltage (VHH) drive capability per chip to support flash memory testing applications. Dedicated 16-bit digital-to-analog converters (DACs) with on-chip calibration registers provide all the necessary dc levels for operation of the device.The voltage driver features three active states: high, low, and terminate mode, as well as a high impedance inhibit state. The inhibit state, in conjunction with the integrated dynamic clamps, facilitates significant attenuation of transmission line reflections when the driver is not actively terminating the line. The open circuit drive capability is ?1.5 V to +4.5 V to accommodate the standard range of ATE and instrumentation applications.The ADATE324 can be used as a quad, single-ended, pin electronics channel or as a dual differential channel. In additional to per channel, high speed window comparators, the ADATE324 provides two programmable threshold differential comparators for differential ATE applications.All dc levels for DCL functions are generated by dedicated on-chip 16-bit DACs. To facilitate accurate programming levels, the ADATE324 also includes an integrated calibration function to correct for gain and offset errors of each functional block. Correction coefficients can be stored on chip, and any values written to the DACs are automatically adjusted using the appropriate correction factors.The ADATE324 uses a serial programmable interface (SPI) bus to program all functional blocks, DACs, and on-chip calibration constants. Each audio port supports the extraction and insertion of up to eight channels of audio data out of or into the HDMI streams. HDMI audio formats, including I2S, S/PDIF, direct stream digital (DSD), and high bit rate (HBR) audio are supported.The ADV7625 features a TTL pixel port input that facilitates the reception of digital video data from an analog front-end decoder (for example, the ADV7180, ADV7181D, or ADV7842).The ADV7625 has an integrated on-screen display (OSD) generator that enables the creation and control of high quality character- and icon-based system status and control displays. The OSD can be overlaid on 3 GHz video formats and 3D video. The ADXL195?/ ADXL295 are dual spectrum accelerometers that measure baseband acceleration in up to two axes (XL-X and XL-Y), as well as high frequency (HF) acceleration energy. Identical, independent X and Y sense structures are implemented to achieve the best possible fail-safe performance.The XL-X and XL-Y channels output baseband acceleration information with a nominal full-scale range of ?120 g and a bandwidth of 408 Hz. The acceleration data is provided as a 12-bit, twos complement word with a resolution of 62.5 mg/LSB.HF acceleration within the frequency band of 15.5 kHz to 23 kHz is rectified and filtered to generate an average g (gAVG) energy measurement. The HF channel has a nominal full-scale range of 40 gAVG and a bandwidth of 393 Hz. When combined with the XL-X and XL-Y information, HF acceleration information allows for enhanced vehicle impact detection and discrimination.The ADXL195 / ADXL295 are available in a 16-lead, narrow-body SOIC package with an exposed pad. The ADXL372 is an ultralow power, 3-axis, ?200 g MEMS accelerometer that consumes 22 ?A at a 3200 Hz output data rate (ODR). The ADXL372 does not power cycle its front end to achieve its low power operation and therefore does not run the risk of aliasing the output of the sensor.In addition to its ultralow power consumption, the ADXL372 has many features to enable impact detection while providing system level power reduction. The device includes a deep multimode output first in, first out (FIFO), several activity detection modes, and a method for capturing only the peak acceleration of over threshold events.Two additional lower power modes with interrupt driven, wake-up features are available for monitoring motion during periods of inactivity. In wake-up mode, acceleration data can be averaged to obtain a low enough output noise to trigger on low g thresholds. In instant on mode, the ADXL372 consumes 1.4 ?A while continuously monitoring the environment for impacts. When an impact event that exceeds the internally set threshold is detected, the device switches to normal operating mode fast enough to record the event.High g applications tend to experience acceleration content over a wide range of frequencies. The ADXL372 includes a 4-pole low-pass antialiasing filter to attenuate out of band signals that are common in high g applications. The ADXL372 also incorporates a high-pass filter to eliminate initial and slow changing errors, such as ambient temperature drift.The ADXL372 provides 12-bit output data at 100 mg/LSB scale factor. The user can access configuration and data registers via the serial peripheral interface (SPI) or limited I2C protocol.
