The HMC1121 is a three-stage, gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transfer (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), 4 W power amplifier with an integrated temperature compensated on-chip power detector that operates between 5.5 GHz and 8.5 GHz. The HMC1121 provides 28 dB of gain, 44 dBm output IP3, and 36.5 dBm of saturated output power at 30% PAE from a 7 Vpower supply. The HMC1121 exhibits excellent linearity and it is optimized for high capacity, point to point and point to multipoint radio systems. The amplifier configuration and high gain make it an excellent candidate for last stage signal amplification preceding the antenna. The LTM4634 integrates three complete 5A/5A/4A high efficiency switching mode DC/DC converters into one small package. Switching controllers, power FETs, inductors, and most support components are included. Operating over an input voltage range of 4.75V to 28V, the LTM4634 provides three independent output voltages. VOUT1 and VOUT2 are adjustable from 0.8V to 5.5V, while VOUT3 is adjustable from 0.8V to 13.5V. Each output voltage is set by a single external resistor.High switching frequency and a current mode architecture enable a very fast transient response to line and load changes without sacrificing stability. The device supports frequency synchronization, multiphase parallel operation, soft-start and output voltage tracking for supply rail sequencing.Fault protection features include overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection and temperature monitoring. The power module is offered in a space saving, thermally enhanced 15mm ? 15mm ? 5.01mm BGA package. The LTC3524 is an integrated BIAS and white LED power converter solution for small/medium-sized polysilicon thin ?lm transistor (TFT) liquid crystal (LCD) display panels. The device operates from a single Lithium-Ion/polymer battery or any voltage source between 2.5V and 6V. A 1.5MHz synchronous boost converter generates a programmable low noise, high efficiency 25mA TFT supply of up to 6.0V. Regulated, low ripple charge pumps are used to generate up to +20V and ?20V at 2mA. Output sequencing is internally controlled to insure proper initialization and rapid discharge of the LCD panel in shutdown. A second 1.5MHz boost converter powers one or two LED strings with up to ?ve series elements each. The AD2S1210 is a complete 10-bit to 16-bit resolution tracking resolver-to-digital converter, integrating an on-board programmable sinusoidal oscillator that provides sine wave excitation for resolvers.The converter accepts 3.15 V p-p ? 27% input signals, in the range of 2 kHz to 20 kHz on the sine and cosine inputs. A Type II servo loop is employed to track the inputs and convert the input sine and cosine information into a digital representation of the input angle and velocity. The maximum tracking rate is 3125 rps.The AD2S1210WDSTZ and the AD2S1210WDSTZRL7 models have been approved by an independent accredited body for use in Automotive Safety Integrity Level B rated applications according to ISO 26262. System fault detection. A fault detection circuit can sense loss of resolver signals, out-of-range input signals, input signal mismatch, or loss of position tracking. The fault detection threshold levels can be individually programmed by the user for optimization within a particular application. Input signal range. The sine and cosine inputs can accept differential input voltages of 3.15 V p-p ? 27%. Programmable excitation frequency. Excitation frequency is easily programmable to a number of standard frequencies between 2 kHz and 20 kHz. Triple format position data. Absolute 10-bit to 16-bit angular position data is accessed via either a 16-bit parallel port or a 4-wire serial interface. Incremental encoder emulation is in standard A-quad-B format with direction output available. Digital velocity output. 10-bit to 16-bit signed digital velocity accessed via either a 16-bit parallel port or a 4-wire serial interface. The LTC3230 is a low noise charge pump DC/DC converter designed to drive 4 Main LEDs and 1 Sub LED, plus two 200mA linear regulators to provide additional system power. The LTC3230 charge pump requires only four small ceramic capacitors and one current set resistor to form a complete LED power supply and current controller.Built-in soft-start circuitry prevents excessive inrush cur- rent during start-up and mode changes. High switching frequency enables the use of small external capacitors. Main and Sub full-scale current settings are programmed by a single external resistor. Charge pump efficiency is optimized based on the voltage across the LED current sources. The part powers up in 1x mode and automatically switches to the next higher mode, 1.5x and subsequently 2x, whenever any LED current source approaches dropout.Two 200mA linear regulators have independent enable and output voltage select pins. Each regulator can be set to one of three pre-selected output voltages with tri-level input pins.
