The ADP1051 is an advanced digital controller with a PMBus? interface targeting high density, high efficiency dc-to-dc power conversion. This controller implements voltage mode control with high speed, input line feedforward for enhanced transient and improved noise performance. The ADP1051 has six programmable pulse-width modulation (PWM) outputs capable of controlling most high efficiency power supply topologies, with added control of synchronous rectification (SR). The device includes adaptive dead time compensation to improve efficiency over the load range, and programmable light load mode operation, combined with low power consumption, to reduce system standby power losses.The ADP1051 implements several features to enable a robust system of parallel and redundant operation for customers that require high availability or parallel connection. The ADRF5026 is a nonreflective, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) radio frequency (RF) switch manufactured in a silicon process.The ADRF5026 operates from 100 MHz to 44 GHz with better than 3.8 dB of insertion loss and 45 dB of isolation. The ADRF5026 features an all off control, where both RF ports are in an isolation state. The ADRF5026 has a nonreflective design and both of the RF ports are internally terminated to 50 ?. The ADRF5026 requires a dual-supply voltage of +3.3 V and ?3.3 V. The device employs complimentary metal-oxide semiconductor/low-voltage transistor-transistor logic (CMOS/LVTTL) logic-compatible controls.The ADRF5026 is pin-compatible with the ADRF5027 low frequency cutoff version, which operates from 9 kHz to 44 GHz. The ADRF5026 RF ports are designed to match a characteristic impedance of 50 ?. For ultrawideband products, impedance matching on the RF transmission lines can further optimize high frequency insertion loss and return loss characteristics. The LT6236/LT6237/LT6238 are single/dual/quad low noise, rail-to-rail output op amps that feature 1.1nV/?Hz input referred noise voltage density and draw only 3.5mA of supply current per amplifier. These amplifiers combine very low noise and supply current with a 215MHz gain bandwidth product and a 70V/?s slew rate. Low noise, fast settling time and low offset voltage make this amplifier optimal to drive low noise, high speed SAR ADCs. The LT6106 is a versatile high side current sense amplifier. Design flexibility is provided by the excellent device characteristics: 250?V maximum offset and 40nA maximum input bias current. Gain for each device is set by two resistors and allows for accuracy better than 1%.The LT6106 monitors current via the voltage across an external sense resistor (shunt resistor). Internal circuitry converts input voltage to output current, allowing for a small sense signal on a high common mode voltage to be translated into a ground referenced signal. The low DC offset allows for monitoring very small sense voltages. As a result, a small valued shunt resistor can be used, which minimizes the power loss in the shunt.The wide 2.7V to 44V input voltage range, high accuracy and wide operating temperature range make the LT6106 ideal for automotive, industrial and power management applications. The ADL5240 is a high performance, digitally controlled variable gain amplifier (VGA) operating from 100 MHz to 4000 MHz. The VGA integrates a high performance, 20 dB gain, internally matched amplifier (AMP) with a 6-bit digital step attenuator (DSA) that has a gain control range of 31.5 dB in 0.5 dB steps with ?0.25 dB step accuracy. The attenuation of the DSA can be controlled using a serial or parallel interface.Both the gain block and DSA are internally matched to 50 ? at their inputs and outputs and are separately biased. The separate bias allows all or part of the ADL5240 to be used, which facilitates easy reuse throughout a design. The pinout of the ADL5240 also enables either the gain block or DSA to be first, giving the VGA maximum flexibility in a signal chain.The ADL5240 consumes just 93 mA and operates from a single supply ranging from 4.75 V to 5.25 V. The VGA is packaged in a thermally efficient, 5 mm ? 5 mm, 32-lead LFCSP and is fully specified for operation from ?40?C to +85?C. The HMC799LP3E is DC to 700 MHz Transimpedance amplifier designed for opto-electronic laser sensor applications, FDDI receivers and receiver systems employing optical to electrical conversion. This amplifier provides a single-ended output voltage that is proportional to an applied current at its input port. This current is typically provided by a photodiode. Operating from a single +5V supply, HMC799LP3E features very low input referred noise, and very large electrical input dynamic range exceeding 65 dB. 10 kOhm or 80 dB-Ohms transimpedance gain provides very good sensitivity at higher data rates.The output of HMC799LP3E is internally matched to 50 ohms. External matching is not necessary.
