The HMC850LC3 is a 1:2 Fanout Buffer designed to support data transmission rates up to 28 Gbps, and clock frequencies as high as 20 GHz. All differential inputs and outputs are DC coupled and terminated on chip with 50 ??resistors to the positive supply, ground. The outputs may be used in either single-ended or differential modes, and should be AC or DC coupled into 50 ? resistors connected to ground.The HMC850LC3 also features an output level control pin, VR which allows for loss compensation or for signal level optimization. The HMC853LC3 is a D-Type Flip-Flop designed to support data transmission rates of up to 28 Gbps, and clock frequencies as high as 28 GHz. During normal operation, data is transferred to the outputs on the positive edge of the clock. Reversing the clock inputs allows for negative-edge triggered applications.All differential inputs to the HMC853LC3 are CML and terminated on-chip with 50 ? to the positive supply, VCC, and may be AC or DC coupled. The differential CML outputs are source terminated to 50 ??and may also be AC or DC coupled. Outputs can be connected directly to a 50 ??VCC-terminated system, while DC blocking capacitors may be used if the terminating system is 50 ??to ground. The HMC874LC3C is a SiGe monolithic, ultra fast comparator which features reduced swing PECL output drivers and clock inputs. The comparator supports 20 Gbps operation while providing 120 ps clock to data output delay and 60 ps minimum pulse width with 0.2 ps rms random jitter (RJ). 25 Gbps operation can be achieved with reduced output voltage swing. Overdrive and slew rate dispersion are typically 10 ps, making the device ideal for a wide range of applications from ATE to broadband communications. The reduced swing PECL output stages are designed to directly drive 400 mV into 50 ? terminated to +1.3V while maintaining compatibility with other PECL logic families. The HMC772LC4 is a GaAs MMIC HEMT Low Noise Wideband Amplifier which operates between 2 and 12 GHz. The amplifier provides 15 dB of gain, 1.8 dB noise figure up to 12 GHz and output IP3 of +25 dBm, while requiring only 45 mA from a +4V supply voltage. The Psat output power of up to +15 dBm enables the LNA to function as a LO driver for many of Hittite's balanced, I/Q or image reject mixers. The HMC772LC4 also features I/Os that are DC blocked and internally matched to 50 Ohms, making it ideal for SMT based high capacity microwave radio applications.
