The ADP322/ADP323 200 mA triple output LDOs combine high PSRR, low noise, low quiescent current, and low dropout voltage to extend the battery life of portable devices and are ideally suited for wireless applications with demanding performance and board space requirements.The ADP322/ADP323 PSRR is greater than 60 dB for frequencies as high as 100 kHz while operating with a low headroom voltage. The ADP322/ADP323 offer much lower noise performance than competing LDOs without the need for a noise bypass capacitor.The ADP322/ADP323 are available in a miniature 16-lead, 3 mm ? 3 mm LFCSP package and are stable with tiny 1 ?F ?30% ceramic output capacitors providing the smallest possible board area for a wide variety of portable power needs.The ADP322 is available in output voltage combinations ranging from 0.8 V to 3.3 V and offers overcurrent and thermal protection to prevent damage in adverse conditions. The LTC5597 is a high accuracy RMS power detector that provides a very wide RF input bandwidth, from 100MHz up to 70GHz. This makes the device suitable for a wide range of RF and microwave applications, such as point-to-point microwave links, instrumentation and power control applications. The DC output voltage of the detector is an accurate representation of the average signal power applied to the RF input. The response is linear-in-dB with 28.5mV/dB logarithmic slope over a 35dB dynamic range with typically better than ?1dB accuracy. The detector is particularly suited for measurement of waveforms with crest factor (CF) as high as 12dB, and waveforms that exhibit a significant variation of the crest factor during measurement. To achieve higher accuracy and lower output ripple, the averaging bandwidth can be externally adjusted by a capacitor connected between the FLTR and OUT pins. The AD9287 is a quad, 8-bit, 100 MSPS analog-to-digital con-verter (ADC) with an on-chip sample-and-hold circuit designedfor low cost, low power, small size, and ease of use. The productoperates at a conversion rate of up to 100 MSPS and is optimized for outstanding dynamic performance and low power in applications where a small package size is critical.The ADC requires a single 1.8 V power supply and LVPECL-/ CMOS-/LVDS-compatible sample rate clock for full performanceoperation. No external reference or driver components arerequired for many applications.The ADC automatically multiplies the sample rate clock for theappropriate LVDS serial data rate. A data clock output (DCO) for capturing data on the output and a frame clock output (FCO) for signaling a new output byte are provided. Individual-channel power-down is supported and typically consumes less than 2 mW when all channels are disabled.The ADC contains several features designed to maximizeflexibility and minimize system cost, such as programmableclock and data alignment and programmable digital test patterngeneration. The available digital test patterns include built-in deterministic and pseudorandom patterns, along with custom user-defined test patterns entered via the serial port interface (SPI).The AD9287 is available in an RoHS compliant, 48-lead LFCSP.
