The LTC3524 is an integrated BIAS and white LED power converter solution for small/medium-sized polysilicon thin ?lm transistor (TFT) liquid crystal (LCD) display panels. The device operates from a single Lithium-Ion/polymer battery or any voltage source between 2.5V and 6V. A 1.5MHz synchronous boost converter generates a programmable low noise, high efficiency 25mA TFT supply of up to 6.0V. Regulated, low ripple charge pumps are used to generate up to +20V and ?20V at 2mA. Output sequencing is internally controlled to insure proper initialization and rapid discharge of the LCD panel in shutdown. A second 1.5MHz boost converter powers one or two LED strings with up to ?ve series elements each. LED current and display brightness can be controlled over a wide range using analog or digital means up to 25mA.The LTC3524 is offered in the 4mm ? 4mm 24-pin QFN package, minimizing the total solution footprint.Applications PDAs, Palmtop Computers Digital Still and Video Cameras Handheld GPS Portable Instrument Displays Portable Media Players

The LT3681 is an adjustable frequency (300kHz to 2.8MHz) monolithic buck switching regulator that accepts input voltages up to 34V (36V maximum). A high efficiency 0.18? switch is included on the die along with a boost Schottky diode and the necessary oscillator, control, and logic circuitry. An undedicated power Schottky diode is integrated into the LT3681 to minimize the solution size. Current mode topology is used for fast transient response and good loop stability. Low ripple Burst Mode operation maintains high efficiency at low output currents while keeping output ripple below 15mV in a typical application. In addition, the LT3681 can further enhance low output current efficiency by drawing bias current from the output when VOUT is above 3V. Shutdown reduces input supply current to less than 1?A while a resistor and capacitor on the RUN/SS pin provide a controlled output voltage ramp (soft-start). A power good flag signals when VOUT reaches 90% of the programmed output voltage. The LT3681 is available in 14-Pin 4mm x 3mm DFN package with exposed pads for low thermal resistance.Applications Automotive Battery Regulation Power for Portable Products Distributed Supply Regulation Industrial Supplies Wall Transformer Regulation

The LTC6406 is a very low noise, low distortion, fully differential input/output amplifier optimized for 3V, single supply operation. The LTC6406 input common mode range is rail-to-rail, while the output common mode voltage is independently adjustable by applying a voltage on the VOCM pin. This makes the LTC6406 ideal for level shifting signals with a wide common mode range for driving 12-bit to 16-bit single supply, differential input ADCs. A 3GHz gain-bandwidth product results in 70dB linearity for 50MHz input signals. The LTC6406 is unity gain stable and the closed-loop bandwidth extends from DC to 800MHz. The output voltage swing extends from near-ground to 2V, to be compatible with a wide range of ADC converter input requirements. The LTC6406 draws only 18mA, and has a hardware shutdown feature which reduces current consumption to 300?A. The LTC6406 is available in a compact 3mm x 3mm 16-pin leadless QFN package as well as an 8-lead MSOP package, and operates over a ?40?C to 85?C temperature range. The LT3510 is a dual current mode PWM step-down DC/DC converter with two internal 2.5A switches. Independent input voltage, feedback, soft-start and power good pins for each channel simplify complex power supply tracking/sequencing requirements. Both converters are synchronized to either a common external clock input or a resistor programmable ?xed 250kHz to 1.5MHz internal oscillator. At all frequencies, a 180? phase relationship between channels is maintained, reducing voltage ripple and component size. Programmable frequency allows for optimization between efficiency and external component size.Minimum input-to-output voltage ratios are improved by allowing the switch to stay on through multiple clock cycles, only switching off when the boost capacitor needs recharging, resulting in ~95% maximum duty cycle. Each output can be independently disabled using its own soft-start pin, or by using the SHDN pin the entire part can be placed in a low quiescent current shutdown mode. The LT3510 is available in a 20-lead TSSOP package with exposed leadframe for low thermal resistance.Applications DSP Power Supplies Disc Drives DSL/Cable Modems Wall Transformer Regulation Distributed Power Regulation PCI Cards
