The ADA4522-1 / ADA4522-2 / ADA4522-4 are single/dual/quadchannel, zero drift op amps with low noise and power, groundsensing inputs, and rail-to-rail output, optimized for totalaccuracy over time, temperature, and voltage conditions. Thewide operating voltage and temperature ranges, as well as thehigh open-loop gain and very low dc and ac errors make thedevices well suited for amplifying very small input signals andfor accurately reproducing larger signals in a wide variety ofapplications.The ADA4522-1 / ADA4522-2 / ADA4522-4 performance isspecified at 5.0 V, 30 V, and 55 V power supply voltages. Thesedevices operate over the range of 4.5 V to 55 V, and are excellentfor applications using single-ended supplies of 5 V, 10 V, 12 V,and 30 V, or for applications using higher single supplies anddual supplies of ?2.5 V, ?5 V, and ?15 V. The AD8129/AD8130 are designed as receivers for the transmission of high speed signals over twisted-pair cables to work with the AD8131 or AD8132 drivers. Either can be used for analog or digital video signals and for high speed data transmission. The AD8129/AD8130 are differential-to-single-ended amplifiers with extremely high CMRR at high frequency. Therefore, they canalso be effectively used as high speed instrumentation amps or for converting differential signals to single-ended signals.The AD8129 is a low noise, high gain (10 or greater) version intended for applications over very long cables, where signal attenuation is significant. The AD8130 is stable at a gain of 1 and can be used for applications where lower gains are required. Both have user-adjustable gain to help compensate for losses in the transmission line. The gain is set by the ratio of two resistor values. The AD8129/AD8130 have very high input impedance on both inputs, regardless of the gain setting. The AD8129/AD8130 have excellent common-mode rejection (70 dB @ 10 MHz), allowing the use of low cost, unshielded twisted-pair cables without fear of corruption by external noise sources or crosstalk. The AD8129/AD8130 have a wide power supply range from single +5 V to ?12 V, allowing wide common-mode and differential-mode voltage ranges while maintaining signal integrity. The wide common-mode voltage range enables the driver-receiver pair to operate without isolation transformers in many systems where the ground potential difference between drive and receive locations is many volts. The AD8129/AD8130 have considerable cost and performance improvements over op amps and other multiamplifier receiving solutions. The AD8418A is a high voltage, high resolution current shunt amplifier. It features an initial gain of 20 V/V, with a maximum ?0.15% gain error over the entire temperature range. The buffered output voltage directly interfaces with any typical converter. The AD8418A offers excellent input common-mode rejection from ?2 V to +70 V. The AD8418A performs bidirectional current measurements across a shunt resistor in a variety of automotive and industrial applications, including motor control, power management, and solenoid control.The AD8418A offers breakthrough performance throughout the ?40?C to +150?C temperature range. It features a zero drift core, which leads to a typical offset drift of 0.1 ?V/?C throughout the operating temperature range and the common-mode voltage range. The AD8418A is qualified for automotive applications. The device includes EMI filters and patented circuitry to enable output accuracy with pulse-width modulation (PWM) type input common-mode voltages. The typical input offset voltage is ?100 ?V. Amplifier Mezzanine Card for ADA4500-2

The Analog Devices, Inc., amplifier mezzanine card (AMC) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) driver evaluates the performance of amplifiers in 8-lead, single and dual SOIC, 6-lead single SOT23, 8-lead dual MSOP, and 16-lead LFCSP
packages. This add on board can be inserted on ADC evaluation boards using its 7-pin header. Figure 1 shows the AMC mounted on an Analog Devices, Inc., ADC evaluation board.
The AMC can support any of Analog Devices operational amplifiers and ADC drivers in different packages. The user can configure the ADC driver as a Sallen-Key low-pass, high-pass, or band-pass filter, as a multiple feedback low-pass, high-pass, or band-pass filter, or as an inverting and noninverting operational amplifier. The user can also configure the AMC to drive a single-ended, fully differential, or a single-ended signal to a differential ADC.
Optimized power and ground planes ensure low noise and high speed operation. Component placement and power supply bypassing are optimized for maximum circuit flexibility and performance. The AMC evaluation board accepts 0402 or 0603 surface mount technology (SMT) components, 1206 bypass capacitors, and 2.54 mm headers.
All components are placed on the primary side. No components are placed on the secondary side.
