The ICL7665 warns microprocessors (µPs) of overvoltage and undervoltage conditions. It draws a typical operating current of only 3µA. The trip points and hysteresis of the two voltage detectors are individually programmed via external resistors to any voltage greater than 1.3V. The ICL7665 will operate from any supply voltage in the 1.6V to 16V range, while monitoring voltages from 1.3V to several hundred volts. The Maxim ICL7136 is a monolithic analog to digital converter with very high input impedance. On-board active components include segment drivers, segment decoders, voltage reference and a clock circuit. The ICL7136 directly drives a non-multiplexed liquid crystal (LCD) display, requiring no external display drive circuitry. Significantly reduced power consumption makes the ICL7136 a superior device, especially for portable systems.Versatility and accuracy are inherent features of this converter. The dual-slope conversion technique automatically rejects interference signals common in industrial environments. The MAX1044 and ICL7660 are monolithic, CMOS switched-capacitor voltage converters that invert, double, divide, or multiply a positive input voltage. They are pin compatible with the industry-standard ICL7660 and LTC1044. Operation is guaranteed from 1.5V to 10V with no external diode over the full temperature range. They deliver 10mA with a 0.5V output drop. The MAX1044 has a BOOST pin that raises the oscillator frequency above the audio band and reduces external capacitor size requirements.The MAX1044/ICL7660 combine low quiescent current and high efficiency.
