ADA4077-1ARMZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The single ADA4077-1, dual ADA4077-2, and quad ADA4077-4amplifiers feature extremely low offset voltage and drift, and lowinput bias current, noise, and power consumption. Outputs are stable with capacitive loads of more than 1000 pF with no external compensation.Applications for this amplifier include sensor signal conditioning (such as thermocouples, resistance temperature detectors (RTDs),strain gages), process control front-end amplifiers, and precisiondiode power measurement in optical and wireless transmission systems. The ADA4077-1/ADA4077-2/ADA4077-4 are useful in line powered and portable instrumentation, precision filters, and voltage or current measurement and level setting.Unlike other amplifiers, the ADA4077-1/ADA4077-2/ADA4077-4 have an MSL1 rating that is compliant with the most stringent of assembly processes, and they are specified over theextended industrial temperature range from −40°C to +125°C for the most demanding operating environments.APPLICATIONS Process control front-end amplifiers Optical network control circuits Instrumentation Precision sensors and controls Precision filters
ADA4528-2ARMZ-RL
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADA4528-1/ADA4528-2 are ultralow noise, zero-drift operational amplifiers featuring rail-to-rail input and output swing. With an offset voltage of 2.5 μV, offset voltage drift of 0.015 μV/°C, and typical noise of 97 nV p-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz, AV = +100), the ADA4528-1/ADA4528-2 are well suited for applications in which error sources cannot be tolerated. The ADA4528-1/ADA4528-2 have a wide operating supply range of 2.2 V to 5.5 V, high gain, and excellent CMRR and PSRR specifications, which make it ideal for applications that require precision amplification of low level signals, such as position and pressure sensors, strain gages, and medical instrumentation. The ADA4528-1/ADA4528-2 are specified over the extended industrial temperature range (−40°C to +125°C). The ADA4528-1 and ADA4528-2 are available in 8-lead MSOP and 8-lead LFCSP packages. For more information about the ADA4528-1/ADA4528-2, see the AN-1114 Application Note, Lowest Noise Zero-Drift Amplifier Has 5.6 nV/√Hz Voltage Noise Density.Applications Thermocouple/thermopile Load cell and bridge transducers Precision instrumentation Electronic scales Medical instrumentation Handheld test equipment
AD7680ARMZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD7680 is a 16-bit, fast, low power, successive approximation ADC. The part operates from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 V power supply and features throughput rates up to 100 kSPS. The part contains a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies in excess of 7 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CS and the serial clock, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS and the conversion is also initiated at this point. There are no pipelined delays associated with the part. The AD7860 uses advanced design techniques to achieve very low-power dissipation at fast throughput rates. The reference for the part is taken internally from VDD. This allows the widest dynamic input range to the ADC. Thus the analog input range for the part is 0 to VDD. The conversion rate is determined by the SCLK frequency.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS First 16-bit ADC in a SOT-23 package. High throughput with low power consumption. Flexible power/serial clock speed management. The conversion rate is determined by the serial clock, allowing the conversion time to be reduced through the serial clock speed increase. This allows the average power consumption to be reduced when a power-down mode is used while not converting. The part also features a shutdown mode to maximize power efficiency at lower throughput rates. Power consumption is 0.5 μA max when in shutdown. Reference derived from the power supply. No pipeline delays.APPLICATIONS Process control Battery-powered systems: Personal digital assistants Medical instruments Mobile communications Instrumentation and control systems Remote data acquisition systems High speed modems Optical sensors
AD7922ARMZ-REEL7
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD7912 / AD7922 are 10-bit and 12-bit, high speed, low power, 2-channel, successive-approximation ADCs respectively. The parts operate from a single 2.35 V to 5.25 V power supply and feature through put rates up to 1 MSPS. The parts contain a low-noise, wide bandwidth track/hold amplifier, which can handle input frequencies in excess of 6 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CS and the serial clock, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS and the conversion is also initiated at this point. There are no pipeline delays associated with the part. The channel to be converted is selected through the DIN pin and the mode of operation is controlled by CS. The serial data stream from the DOUT pin has a channel identifier bit and a mode identifier bit, which provide information about the channel converted and the current mode of operation. As a result of the Daisy Chain mode of operation, several AD7912 / AD7922 can be connected together in Daisy Chain configuration. The Daisy Chain mode allows the user to read the conversion result from the ADCs contained in the chain.Several AD7912 / AD7922 can be connected together in a daisychain. The AD7912 / AD7922 feature a daisy-chain mode thatallows the user to read the conversion results from the ADCscontained in the chain. The AD7912/AD7922 use advanceddesign techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at highthroughput rates. The reference for the part is taken internallyfrom VDD, thereby allowing the widest dynamic input range tothe ADC. PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS 2-channel, 1 MSPS, 10-/12-bit ADCs in TSOT package. High throughput with low power consumption. Flexible power/serial clock speed management. The conversion rate is determined by the serial clock. The parts also feature a power-down mode to maximize power efficiency at lower throughput rates. Average power consumption is reduced when the power-down mode is used while not converting. Current consumption is 1 µA maximum and 50 nA typically when in power-down mode. Daisy-chain mode. No pipeline delay. The parts feature a standard successive approximation ADC with accurate control of the sampling instant via a CS input and once-off conversion control.APPLICATIONS Battery-powered systems: Personal digital assistants Medical instruments Mobile communications Instrumentation and control systems Data acquisition systems High speed modems Optical sensors
