AD811ANZ
Analog Devices Inc.
A wideband current feedback operational amplifier, the AD811 is optimized for broadcast-quality video systems. The -3 dB bandwidth of 120 MHz at a gain of +2 and differential gain and phase of 0.01% and 0.01° (RL = 150 W) make the AD811 an excellent choice for all video systems. The AD811 is designed to meet a stringent 0.1 dB gain flatness specification to a bandwidth of 35 MHz (G = +2) in addition to the low differential gain and phase errors. This performance is achieved whether driving one or two back terminated 75 W cables, with a low power supply current of 16.5 mA. Furthermore, the AD811 is specified over a power supply range of ±4.5 V to ±18 V.The AD811 is also excellent for pulsed applications where transient response is crititcal. It can achieve a maximum slew rate of greater than 2500 V/µs with a settling time of less than 25 ns to 0.1% on a 2 V step and 65 ns to 0.01% on a 10 V step. The AD811 is ideal as an ADC or DAC buffer in data acquisition systems due to its low distortion up to 10 MHz and its wide unity gain bandwidth. Because the AD811 is a current feedback amplifier, this bandwidth can be maintained over a wide range of gains. The AD811 also offers low voltage and current noise of 1.9nV/√Hz and 20 pA/√Hz, respectively, and excellent dc accuracy for wide dynamic range applications.

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8676 precision operational amplifier offers ultralow offset, drift, and voltage noise combined with very low input bias currents over the full operating temperature range. The AD8676 is a precision, wide bandwidth op amp featuring rail- to-rail output swings and very low noise. Operation is fully specified from ±5 V to ±15 V.The AD8676 features a rail-to-rail output like that of the OP184, but with wide bandwidth and even lower voltage noise, com-bined with the precision and low power consumption like that of the industry-standard OP07 amplifier. Unlike other low noise, rail-to-rail op amps, the AD8676 has very low input bias current and low input current noise. With typical offset voltage of only 12 μV, offset drift of 0.2 μV/°C, and noise of only 0.10 μV p-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz), the AD8676 is perfectly suited for applications where large error sources cannot be tolerated. Precision instrumentation, PLL and other precision filter circuits, position and pressure sensors, medical instrumentation, and strain gage amplifiers benefit greatly from the very low noise, low input bias current, and wide bandwidth. Many systems can take advantage of the low noise, dc precision, and rail-to-rail output swing provided by the AD8676 to maxi-mize SNR and dynamic range. The smaller packages and low power consumption afforded by the AD8676 allow maximum channel density or minimum board size for space-critical equipment. The AD8676 is specified for the extended industrial temperature range (−40°C to +125°C). Analog Devices Inc.
The AD5750 / AD5750-1 / AD5750-2 are single-channel, low cost, precision voltage/current output drivers with hardware- or software-programmable output ranges. The software ranges are configured via an SPI-/MICROWIRE™-compatible serial interface. The AD5750 / AD5750-1 / AD5750-2 target applications in PLC and industrial process control. The analog input to the AD5750 / AD5750-1 / AD5750-2 is provided from a low voltage, single-supply digital-to-analog converter (DAC) and is internally conditioned to provide the desired output current/voltage range. Analog input ranges available are 0 V to 2.5 V (AD5750-1 / AD5750-2) or 0 V to 4.096 V (AD5750).The output current range is programmable across five current ranges: 4 mA to 20 mA, 0 mA to 20 mA or 0 mA to 24 mA, ±20 mA, and ±24 mA. An overrange of 2% is available on the unipolar current ranges.Voltage output is provided from a separate pin that can be configured to provide 0 V to 5 V, 0 V to 10 V, ±5 V, or ±10 V output ranges. An overrange of 20% is available on the voltage ranges.Analog outputs are short-circuit and open-circuit protected and can drive capacitive loads of 1 μF and inductive loads of 0.1 H.The device is specified to operate with a power supply range from ±12 V to ±24 V. Output loop compliance is 0 V to AVDD − 2.75 V.The flexible serial interface is SPI and MICROWIRE compatible and can be operated in 3-wire mode to minimize the digital isolation required in isolated applications. The interface also features an optional PEC error checking feature using CRC-8 error checking, useful in industrial environments where data communication corruption can occur. The device also includes a power-on reset function, ensuring that the device powers up in a known state (0 V or tristate), and an asynchronous CLEAR pin that sets the outputs to zero scale/midscale voltage output or the low end of the selected current range. An HW SELECT pin is used to configure the part for hardware or software mode on power-up.APPLICATIONS Process control Actuator control PLCs
