The MAX4322/MAX4323/MAX4326/MAX4327/MAX4329 family of operational amplifiers combines wide bandwidth and excellent DC accuracy with rail-to-rail operation at the inputs and outputs. These devices consume only 650µA per amplifier and operate from either a single supply (2.4V to 6.5V) or dual supplies (±1.2V to ±3.25V). These unity-gain-stable amplifiers are capable of driving 250Ω loads and have a 5MHz gain-bandwidth product. The MAX4323 and MAX4327 feature a low-power shutdown mode that reduces supply current to 25µA and places the outputs in a high-impedance state.With their rail-to-rail input common-mode range and output swing, these amplifiers are ideal for low-voltage, single-supply operation. In addition, low offset voltage and high speed make them the ideal signal-conditioning stages for precision, low-voltage data-acquisition systems.The MAX4323 is offered in a small 6-bump chip-scale package (UCSP™). The dual MAX492, quad MAX494, and single MAX495 operational amplifiers combine excellent DC accuracy with rail-to-rail operation at the input and output. Since the common-mode voltage extends from VCC to VEE, the devices can operate from either a single supply (+2.7V to +6V) or split supplies (±1.35V to ±3V). Each op amp requires less than 150µA supply current. Even with this low current, the op amps are capable of driving a 1kΩ load, and the input referred voltage noise is only 25nV/√Hz. In addition, these op amps can drive loads in excess of 1nF.The precision performance of the MAX492/MAX494/MAX495, combined with their wide input and output dynamic range, low-voltage single-supply operation, and very low supply current, makes them an ideal choice for battery-operated equipment and other low-voltage applications. The MAX492/MAX494/MAX495 are available in DIP and SO packages in the industry-standard op-amp pin configurations. The MAX951–MAX954 feature combinations of a micropower operational amplifier, comparator, and reference in an 8-pin package. In the MAX951 and MAX952, the comparator's inverting input is connected to an internal 1.2V ±2% bandgap reference. The MAX953 and MAX954 are offered without an internal reference. The MAX951/MAX952 operate from a single 2.7V to 7V supply with a typical supply current of 7µA, while the MAX953/MAX954 operate from 2.4V to 7V with a 5µA typical supply current. Both the op amp and comparator feature a common-mode input voltage range that extends from the negative supply rail to within 1.6V of the positive rail, as well as output stages that swing rail-to-rail.The op amps in the MAX951/MAX953 are internally compensated to be unity-gain stable, while the op amps in the MAX952/MAX954 feature 125kHz typical bandwidth, 66V/ms slew rate, and stability for gains of 10V/V or greater. These op amps have a unique output stage that enables them to operate with an ultra-low supply current while maintaining linearity under loaded conditions. In addition, they have been designed to exhibit good DC characteristics over their entire operating temperature range, minimizing input-referred errors.The comparator output stage of these devices continuously sources as much as 40mA. The comparators eliminate power-supply glitches that commonly occur when changing logic states, minimizing parasitic feedback and making the devices easier to use. The MAX9010/MAX9011/MAX9013 single and MAX9012 dual, high-speed comparators operate from a single 4.5V to 5.5V power supply and feature low-current consumption. They have precision differential inputs and TTL outputs. They feature short propagation delay (5ns, typ), low-supply current, and a wide common-mode input range that includes ground. They are ideal for low-power, high-speed, single-supply applications.The comparator outputs remain stable through the linear region when driven with slow-moving or low input-overdrive signals, eliminating the output instability common to other high-speed comparators. The input voltage range extends to 200mV below ground with no output phase reversal. The MAX9013 features complementary outputs and both the MAX9011/MAX9013 have a latch enable input (LE). The MAX9013 is an improved plug-in replacement for the industry-standard MAX913 and LT1016/LT1116, offering lower power and higher speed when used in a single 5V supply application. For space-critical designs, the single MAX9010 is available in the tiny 6-pin SC70 package. The single MAX9011 is available in a space-saving 6-pin SOT23 package. The dual MAX9012 and the single MAX9013 are available in 8-pin µMAX® and 8-pin SO packages.
