The OP297 is the first dual op amp to pack precision performance into the space-saving, industry standard 8-pin SO package. Its combination of precision with low power and extremely low input bias current makes the dual OP297 useful in a wide variety of applications.Precision performance of the OP297 includes very low offset, under 50µV, and low drift, below 0.6µV/°C. Open-loop gain exceeds 2000V/mV insuring high linearity in every application. Errors due to common-mode signals are eliminated by the OP297's common-mode rejection of over 120 dB. The OP297's power supply rejection of over 120dB minimizes offset voltage changes experienced in battery powered systems. Supply current of the OP297 is under 625µA per amplifier and it can operate with supply voltages as low a ±2V.The OP297 utilizes a super-beta input stage with bias current cancellation to maintain picoamp bias currents at all temperatures. This is in contrast to FET input op amps whose bias currents start in the picoamp range of 25°C, but double for every 10°C rise in temperature, to reach the nanoamp range above 85°C. Input bias current of the OP297 is under 100pA at 25°C and is under 450pA over the military temperature range.Combining precision, low power and low bias current, the OP297 is ideal for a number of applications including instrumentation amplifiers, log amplifiers, phot-diode preamplifiers and long-term integrators. The SSM2143 is an integrated differential amplifier intended to receive balanced line inputs in audio applications requiring a high level of immunity from common-mode noise. The device provides a typical 90 dB of common-mode rejection (CMR), which is achieved by laser trimming of resistances to better than 0.005%.Additional features of the device include a slew rate of 10 V/µs and wide bandwidth. Total harmonic distortion (THD) is less than 0.004% over the full audio band, even while driving low impedance loads. The SSM2143 input stage is designed to handle input signals as large as +28 dBu at G = 1/2. Although primarily intended for G = 1/2 applications, a gain of 2 can be realized by reversing the +IN/-IN and SENSE/REFERENCE connections.When configured for a gain of 1/2, the SSM2143 and SSM2142 Balanced Line Driver provide a fully integrated, unity gain solution to driving audio signals over long cable runs. Analog Comparators Ultra Fast ECL Single Comparator

The AD96685 and AD96687 are ultrafast voltage comparators. The AD96685 is a single comparator with a propagation delay of 2.5 ns, while the AD96687 is an equally fast dual comparator. Both devices exhibit a propagation delay dispersion of 50 ps, a crucial characteristic for high-speed comparators, indicating the difference in propagation delay under varying overdrive conditions.

Featuring a fast, high-precision differential input stage, these comparators maintain consistent propagation delay across a broad range of signals within the common-mode range from -2.5 V to +5 V. The outputs consist of complementary digital signals fully compatible with ECL 10 K and 10 KH logic families. These outputs provide ample drive current to directly interface with transmission lines terminated in 50 Ohms to -2 V. The inclusion of a level-sensitive latch input allows for tracking, track-hold, or sample-hold modes of operation.

Both the AD96685 and AD96687 are available in industrial temperature ranges (-25°C to +85°C) and military temperature ranges. Industrial range devices are offered in 16-pin DIP, SOIC, and 20-lead PLCC packages. Additionally, the AD96685 is available in a 10-pin TO-100 metal can.
