The AD8476 is a very low power, fully differential precision amplifier with integrated gain resistors for unity gain. It is an ideal choice for driving low power, high performance ADCs as a single-ended-to-differential or differential-to-differential amplifier. It provides a precision gain of 1, common-mode level shifting, low temperature drift, and rail-to-rail outputs for maximum dynamic range.The AD8476 also provides overvoltage protection from large industrial input voltages up to ±23 V while operating on a dual 5 V supply. Power dissipation on a single 5 V supply is only 1.5 mW.The AD8476 works well with SAR, Σ-Δ, and pipeline converters. The high current output stage of the part allows it to drive the switched capacitor front-end circuits of many ADCs with minimal error.Unlike many differential drivers on the market, the AD8476 is a high precision amplifier. With 200 μV maximum output offset, 39 nV/√Hz noise, and −102 dB THD + N at 10 kHz, the AD8476 pairs well with low power, high accuracy converters.Considering its low power consumption and high precision, the slew-enhanced AD8476 has excellent speed, settling to 16-bit precision for 250 kSPS acquisition times.The AD8476 is available in a space-saving 8-lead MSOP package. The LTC6228/LTC6229 are single/dual very fast, low noise rail-to-rail output, unity gain stable op amps. They have a gain-bandwidth product of 890MHz and a slew rate of 500V/?s. The low input referred voltage noise of only 0.88nV/?Hz and low distortion performance of better than ?100dB at 4VP-P even for signals as fast as 2MHz make them ideal for applications that require high dynamic range and deal with high slew rate signals, such as driving A/D converters. Additional features include Shutdown and the ability to enable/disable internal bias current cancellation to optimize noise performance.The combination of low offset, low offset drift, high gain and high CMRR make the LTC6228 family the superior choice for wide dynamic range applications.The LTC6228 family maintains excellent performance for supply voltages of 2.8V to 11.75V and the devices are specified at supplies of 3V, 5V and 10V(?5V). The AD8675 precision operational amplifier has ultralow offset, drift, and voltage noise combined with very low input bias currents over the full operating temperature range. The AD8675 is a precision, wide bandwidth op amp featuring rail-to-rail output swings and very low noise. Operation is fully specified from ±5 V to ±15 V.The AD8675 features a rail-to-rail output like that of the OP184, but with wide bandwidth and even lower voltage noise, com-bined with the precision and low power consumption like that of the industry-standard OP07 amplifier. Unlike other low noise, rail-to-rail op amps, the AD8675 has very low input bias current and low input current noise.With typical offset voltage of only 10 μV, offset drift of 0.2 μV/°C, and noise of only 0.10 μV p-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz), the AD8675 is perfectly suited for applications where large error sources cannot be tolerated. For applications with even lower offset tolerances, the proprietary nulling capability allows a combination of both device and system offset errors up to 3.5 mV (referred to the input) to be compensated externally. Unlike previous circuits, the AD8675 accommodates this adjustment without adversely affecting the offset drift, CMRR, and PSRR of the amplifier. Precision instrumentation, PLL, and other precision filter circuits, position and pressure sensors, medical instrumentation, and strain gage amplifiers benefit greatly from the very low noise, low input bias current, and wide bandwidth. Many systems can take advantage of the low noise, dc precision, and rail-to-rail output swing provided by the AD8675 to maximize SNR and dynamic range.The smaller packages and low power consumption afforded by the AD8675 allow maximum channel density or minimum board size for space-critical equipment.The AD8675 is specified for the extended industrial temperature range (−40°C to +125°C). The AD8675 amplifier is available in the tiny 8-lead MSOP, and the popular 8-lead, narrow SOIC, RoHS compliant packages. The AD524 is a precision monolithic instrumentation amplifier designed for data acquisition applications requiring high accuracy under worst-case operating conditions. An outstanding combination of high linearity, high common mode rejection, low offset voltage drift, and low noise makes the AD524 suitable for use in many data acquisition systems.The AD524 has an output offset voltage drift of less than 25 µV/ °C, input offset voltage drift of less than 0.5 µV/°C, CMR above 90 dB at unity gain (120 dB at G = 1000) and maximum nonlinearity of 0.003% at G = 1. In addition to the outstanding dc specifications the AD524 also has a 25MHz gain bandwidth product (G = 1000). To make it suitable for high speed data ac-quisition systems the AD524 has an output slew rate of 5 V/µs and settles in 15µs to 0.01% for gains of 1 to 100.As a complete amplifier the AD524 does not require any external components for fixed gains of 1, 10, 100 and 1,000. For other gain settings between 1 and 1000 only a single resistor is required. The AD524 input is fully protected for both power on and power off fault conditions.The AD524 IC instrumentation amplifier is available in four different versions of accuracy and operating temperature range. The economical 'A' grade, the low drift 'B' grade and lower drift, higher linearity 'C' grade are specified from -25°C to +85°C. The 'S' grade guarantees performance to specification over the extended temperature range -55°C to +125°C. The application circuit requires a minimumof external components and operates from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 Vsupply. It is capable of delivering 3 W of continuous outputpower with 93 dB. Spread-spectrum pulse density modulation is used toprovide lower EMI radiated emissions compared with otherClass-D architectures.Automatic level control (ALC) can be activated to suppressclipping and improve dynamic range. This feature only requiresone external resistor tied to GND via the VTH pin and anactivation voltage on the ALC_EN pin.The SSM2317 has a micropower shutdown mode with a typicalshutdown current of 20 nA. The AD842 is a member of the Analog Devices, Inc. family of wide bandwidth operational amplifiers. This device is fabricated using the Analog Device junction isolated complementary bipolar (CB) process. This process permits a combination of dc precision and wideband ac performance previously unobtainable in a monolithic op amp. In addition to its 80 MHz gain bandwidth product, the AD842 offers extremely fast settling characteristics, typically settling to within 0.01% of final value in less than 100 ns for a 10 V step.The AD842 also offers a low quiescent current of 13 mA, a high output current drive capability (100 mA minimum), a low input voltage noise of 9 nV√Hz, and a low input offset voltage (1.5 mV maximum).The 375 V/μs slew rate of the AD842, along with its 80 MHz gain bandwidth product, ensures excellent performance in video and pulse amplifier applications. This amplifier is ideally suited for use in high frequency signal conditioning circuits and wide bandwidth active filters. The extremely rapid settling time of the AD842 makes this amplifier the preferred choice for data acquisition applications requiring 12-bit accuracy. The AD842 is also appropriate for other applications, such as high speed DAC and ADC buffer amplifiers and other wide bandwidth circuitry.
