The LT1970A is a ?500mA power op amp with precise externally controlled current limiting. Separate control voltages program the sourcing and sinking current limit sense thresholds with 1% accuracy. Output current may be boosted by adding external power transistors.The circuit operates with single or split power supplies from 5V to 36V total supply voltage. In normal operation, the input stage supplies and the output stage supplies are connected (VCC to V+ and VEE to V?). To reduce power dissipation it is possible to power the output stage (V+, V?) from independent, lower voltage rails. The amplifier is unity-gain stable with a 3.6MHz gain-bandwidth product and slews at 1.6V/?s. The LT1970A can drive capacitive and inductive loads directly.Open-collector status flags signal current limit circuit activation, as well as thermal shutdown of the amplifier. An enable logic input puts the amplifier into a low power, high impedance output state when pulled low. The LT3469 is a transconductance (gm) amplifier that can drive outputs up to 33V from a 5V or 12V supply. An internal switching regulator generates a boosted supply voltage for the gm amplifier. The amplifier can drive capacitive loads in the range of 5nF to 300nF. Slew rate is limited only by the maximum output current. The 35V output voltage capability of the switching regulator, along with the high supply voltage of the amplifier, combine to allow the wide output voltage range needed to drive a piezoceramic microactuator.The LT3469 switching regulator switches at 1.3MHz, allowing the use of tiny external components. The ADCMP551 / ADCMP552?/ ADCMP553?are single supply,high speed comparators fabricated on Analog Devices?proprietary XFCB process. The devices feature a 750 ps propagation delay with less than 150 ps overdrive dispersion. Dispersion, a measure of the difference in propagation delay under differing overdrive conditions, is a particularly importantcharacteristic of high speed comparators. A separateprogrammable hysteresis pin is available on the ADCMP552.A differential input stage permits consistent propagation delay with a common-mode range from ?0.2 V to VCCI ? 2.0 V. Outputs are complementary digital signals are fully compatible with PECL 10 K and 10 KH logic families. The outputs providesufficient drive current to directly drive transmission lines terminated in 50 ? to VCCO - 2 V. A latch input is included and permits tracking, track-and-hold, or sample-and-hold modes of operation. The latch input pins contain internal pullups that set the latch in tracking mode when left open. The ADCMP551 / ADCMP552 / ADCMP553 are specified over the ?40?C to +85?C industrial temperature range.
