The AD622 is a low cost, moderately accurate instrumentation amplifier in the traditional pin configuration that requires only one external resistor to set any gain between 2 and 1000. For a gain of 1, no external resistor is required. The AD622 is a complete difference or subtractor amplifier system that also provides superior linearity and common-mode rejection by incorporating precision laser-trimmed resistors.The AD622 replaces low cost, discrete, two or three op amp instrumentation amplifier designs and offers good common-mode rejection, superior linearity, temperature stability, reliability, power, and board area consumption. The low cost of the AD622 eliminates the need to design discrete instrumentation amplifiers to meet stringent cost targets. The AD628 is a precision difference amplifier that combines excellent dc performance with high common-mode rejection over a wide range of frequencies. When used to scale high voltages, it allows simple conversion of standard control voltages or currents for use with single-supply ADCs. A wideband feedback loop minimizes distortion effects due to capacitor charging of Σ-Δ ADCs.A reference pin (VREF) provides a dc offset for converting bipolar to single-sided signals. The AD628 converts +5 V, +10 V, ±5 V, ±10 V, and 4 to 20 mA input signals to a single-ended output within the input range of single-supply ADCs.The AD628 has an input common mode and differential mode operating range of ±120 V. The high common mode, input impedance makes the device well suited for high voltage measurements across a shunt resistor. The inverting input of the buffer amplifier is available for making a remote Kelvin connection.A precision 10 kΩ resistor connected to an external pin is provided for either a low-pass filter or to attenuate large differential input signals. A single capacitor implements a low-pass filter. The AD628 operates from single and dual supplies and is available in an 8-lead SOIC_N or an 8-lead MSOP. The OP467 is an ideal choice for applications where, traditionally, more than one op amp was used to achieve this level of speed and precision.The internal compensation of the OP467 ensures stable unity-gain operation, and it can drive large capacitive loads without oscillation. With a gain bandwidth product of 28 MHz driving a 30 pF load, output slew rate is 170 V/μs, and settling time to 0.01% in less than 200 ns, the OP467 provides excellent dynamic accuracy in high speed data acquisition systems. The channel-to-channel separation is typically 60 dB at 10 MHz.The dc performance of the OP467 includes less than 0.5 mV of offset, a voltage noise density below 6 nV/√Hz, and a total supply current under 10 mA. The common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) is typically 85 dB. The power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) is typically 107 dB.
