AD8250ARMZ-R7

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8250 is an instrumentation amplifier with digitally programmable gains that has GΩ input impedance, low output noise, and low distortion making it suitable for interfacing with sensors and driving high sample rate analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). It has a high bandwidth of 10 MHz, low THD of −110 dB and fast settling time of 615 ns (maximum) to 0.001%. Offset drift and gain drift are guaranteed to 1.7 μV/°C and 10 ppm/°C, respectively, for G = 10. In addition to its wide input common voltage range, it boasts a high common-mode rejection of 80 dB at G = 1 from dc to 50 kHz. The combination of precision dc performance coupled with high speed capabilities makes the AD8250 an excellent candidate for data acquisition. Furthermore, this monolithic solution simplifies design and manufacturing and boosts performance of instrumentation by maintaining a tight match of internal resistors and amplifiers. The AD8250 user interface consists of a parallel port that allows users to set the gain in one of two ways (see Figure 1). A 2-bit word sent via a bus can be latched using the WR input. An alternative is to use the transparent gain mode where the state of the logic levels at the gain port determines the gain. The AD8250 is available in a 10-lead MSOP package and is specified over the −40°C to +85°C temperature range, making it an excellent solution for applications where size and packing density are important considerations.ApplicationsData acquisitionBiomedical analysisTest and measurement

AD8666ARZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD866x family are single supply, rail-to-rail output amplifiers with low noise performance featuring an extended operating range with supply voltages up to 16 V. They also feature low input bias currents, wide signal bandwidth, and low input voltage and current noise. For lower offset voltage, choose the AD8661/AD8662/AD8664 family. The combination of low offsets, very low input bias currents, and wide supply range make these amplifiers useful in a wide variety of cost sensitive applications normally associated with much higher priced JFET amplifiers. Systems using high impedance sensors, such as photo diodes, benefit from the combination of low input bias current, low noise, and low offset and bandwidth. The wide operating voltage range matches high performance ADCs and DACs. Audio applications and medical monitoring equipment can take advantage of the high input impedance, low voltage and current noise, wide bandwidth, and the lack of popcorn noise found in many other low input bias current amplifiers. The AD866x family is specified over the extended industrial temperature range (−40° to +125°C). ADA4505-2ARMZ-RL

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADA4505-1/ADA4505-2/ADA4505-4 are single, dual, and quad micropower amplifiers featuring rail-to-rail input and output swings while operating from a single 1.8 V to 5 V power supply or from dual ±0.9 V to ±2.5 V power supplies.Employing a new circuit technology, these low cost amplifiers offer zero input crossover distortion (excellent PSRR and CMRR performance) and very low bias current, while operating with a supply current of less than 10 μA per amplifier. This combination of features makes the ADA4505-x amplifiers ideal choices for battery-powered applications because they minimize errors due to power supply voltage variations over the lifetime of the battery and maintain high CMRR even for a rail-to-rail op amp.Remote battery-powered sensors, handheld instrumentation and consumer equipment, hazard detectors (for example, smoke, fire, and gas), and patient monitors can benefit from the features of the ADA4505-x amplifiers. The ADA4505-x family is specified for both the industrial temperature range (−40°C to +85°C) and the extended industrial temperature range (−40°C to +125°C). The ADA4505-1 single amplifier is available in a tiny 5-lead SOT-23. The ADA4505-2 dual amplifier is available in a standard 8-lead MSOP and a 8-ball WLCSP. The ADA4505-4 quad amplifier is available in a 14-lead TSSOP and a 14-ball WLCSP.The ADA4505-x family is a member of a growing series of zero crossover op amps offered by Analog Devices, Inc., including the AD8506/AD8508, which also operate from a single 1.8 V to 5 V power supply or from dual ±0.9 V to ±2.5 V power supplies.Applications Pressure and position sensors Remote security Medical monitors Battery-powered consumer equipment Hazard detectors
