AD7327BRUZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD73271 is an 8-Channel, 12-Bit plus Sign Successive Approximation ADC designed on the iCMOS (industrial CMOS) process. iCMOS is a process combining high voltage silicon with submicron CMOS and complementary bipolar technologies. It enables the development of a wide range of high performance analog ICs capable of 33 V operation in a footprint that no previous generation of high voltage parts could achieve. Unlike analog ICs using conventional CMOS processes, iCMOS components can accept bipolar input signals while providing increased performance, dramatically reduced power consumption, and reduced package size. The AD7327 can accept true bipolar Analog Input signals. The AD7327 has four software selectable inputs Ranges, ±10 V, ±5 V, ±2.5 V and 0 to 10 V. Each analog input channel can be independently programmed to one of the four input ranges. The Analog input channels on the AD7327 can be programmed to be Single-Ended, true Differential or Pseudo Differential. The ADC contains a 2.5 V Internal reference. The AD7327 also allows for external Reference operation. If a 3 V reference is applied the REFIN/OUT pin the AD7327 can accept a true Bipolar ±12V Analog Input. VDD and VSS supplies of ±12V are required for the ±12 V Input Range. The ADC has a high speed serial interface that can operate at throughput rates up to 500 kSPS.Product Highlights The AD7327 can accept True Bipolar Analog Input signals, ±10 V, ±5 V, ±2.5 V and 0 to 10 V unipolar signals. The Eight Analog Inputs can be configured as 8 Single-Ended inputs, 4 True Differential, 4 Pseudo Differential or 7 Pseudo Differential Inputs. The ADC has a high speed serial interface that can operate at throughput rates up to 500 kSPS. Low power, 18 mW, at a maximum throughput rate of 500 kSPS. Channel Sequencer.

The parts operate from a single 2.35 V to 5.25 V power supply and feature throughput rates up to 1 MSPS. Each part contains a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies in excess of 6 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CS the serial clock, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS and the conversion is initiated at this point. There are no pipeline delays associated with these parts. The AD7476/AD7477/AD7478 use advanced design techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at high throughput rates. The reference for the parts is taken internally from VDD. This allows the widest dynamic input range to the ADC. Thus, the analog input range for the parts are 0 V to VDD. The conversion rate is determined by the SCLK.

AD7657BSTZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD7656 / AD7657 / AD7658 contain six 16-/14-/12-bit, fast, low power, successive approximation ADCs all in the one package that is designed on the iCMOS™ process (industrial CMOS). iCMOS is a process combining high voltage silicon with submicron CMOS and complementary bipolar technologies. It enables the development of a wide range of high performance analog ICs, capable of 33 V operation in a footprint that no previous generation of high voltage parts could achieve. Unlike analog ICs using conventional CMOS processes, iCMOS components can accept bipolar input signals while providing increased performance, which dramatically reduces power consumption and package size. The AD7656 / AD7657 / AD7658 feature throughput rates up to 250 kSPS. The parts contain low noise, wide bandwidth, track-and-hold amplifiers that can handle input frequencies up to 12 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CONVST signals and an internal oscillator. Three CONVST pins allow independent, simultaneous sampling of the three ADC pairs. The AD7656 / AD7657 / AD7658 all have a high speed parallel and serial interface, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. In serial interface mode, the parts have a daisy-chain feature that allows multiple ADCs to connect to a single serial interface. The AD7656 / AD7657 / AD7658 can accommodate true bipolar input signals in the ±4 × VREF range and ±2 × VREF range. The AD7656 / AD7657 / AD7658 also contain an on-chip 2.5 V reference. For reduced decoupling requirements visit the AD7657-1 product pagePRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Six 16-/14-/12-bit, 250 kSPS ADCs on board. Six true bipolar, high impedance analog inputs. Parallel and high speed serial interfaces.APPLICATIONS Power line monitoring systems Instrumentation and control systems Multi-axis positioning systems

AD7705BNZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD7705 / AD7706 are complete analog front ends for low frequency measurement applications. These 2-/3-channel devices can accept low level input signals directly from a transducer and produce serial digital output. The devices employ a Σ-Δ conversion technique to realize up to 16 bits of no missing codes performance. The selected input signal is applied to a proprietary, programmable-gain front end based around an analog modulator. The modulator output is processed by an on-chip digital filter. The first notch of this digital filter can be programmed via an on-chip control register, allowing adjustment of the filter cutoff and output update rate. The AD7705 / AD7706 devices operate from a single 2.7 V to 3.3 V or 4.75 V to 5.25 V supply. The AD7705 features two fully differential analog input channels; the AD7706 features three pseudo differential input channels. Both devices feature a differential reference input. Input signal ranges of 0 mV to 20 mV through 0 V to 2.5 V can be incorporated on both devices when operating with a VDD of 5 V and a reference of 2.5 V. They can also handle bipolar input signal ranges of ±20 mV through ±2.5 V, which are referenced to the AIN(−) inputs on the AD7705 and to the COMMON input on the AD7706.The AD7705 / AD7706 devices, with a 3 V supply and a 1.225 V reference, can handle unipolar input signal ranges of 0 mV to 10 mV through 0 V to 1.225 V. The devices can accept bipolar input ranges of ±10 mV through ±1.225 V. Therefore, the AD7705 / AD7706 devices perform all signal conditioning and conversion for a 2-channel or 3-channel system. The AD7705 / AD7706 are ideal for use in smart, microcontroller, or DSP-based systems. The devices feature a serial interface that can be configured for 3-wire operation. Gain settings, signal polarity, and update rate selection can be configured in software using the input serial port. The parts contains self-calibration and system calibration options to eliminate gain and offset errors on the part itself or in the system. CMOS construction ensures very low power dissipation, and the power-down mode reduces the standby power consumption to 20 μW typ. These parts are available in a 16-lead, wide body (0.3 inch), plastic dual in-line package (DIP); a 16-lead, wide body (0.3 inch), standard small outline (SOIC) package; and a low profile, 16-lead, thin shrink small outline package (TSSOP).
