MAX8795AGCJ/V+T

Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX8795A includes a high-performance step-up regulator, two linear-regulator controllers, and five high-current operational amplifiers for active-matrix, thin-film transistor (TFT), liquid-crystal displays (LCDs). Also included is a logic-controlled, high-voltage switch with adjustable delay. The step-up DC-DC converter provides the regulated supply voltage for the panel source driver ICs. The converter is a high-frequency (1.2MHz) current-mode regulator with an integrated 20V n-channel MOSFET that allows the use of ultra-small inductors and ceramic capacitors. It provides fast transient response to pulsed loads while achieving efficiencies over 85%.The gate-on and gate-off linear-regulator controllers provide regulated TFT gate-on and gate-off supplies using external charge pumps attached to the switching node. The MAX8795A includes five high-performance operational amplifiers. These amplifiers are designed to drive the LCD backplane (VCOM) and/or the gamma-correction divider string. The device features high output current (±130mA), fast slew rate (45V/µs), wide bandwidth (20MHz), and rail-to-rail inputs and outputs. The MAX8795A is available in a lead-free, 32-pin, thin QFN package with a maximum thickness of 0.8mm for ultra-thin LCD panels, as well as in a 32-pin LQFP package with 0.8mm pin pitch.ApplicationsAutomotive DisplaysLCD Monitor PanelsNotebook Computer Displays

Analog Devices Inc.
The LTC2856-1, LTC2856-2, LTC2857-1, LTC2857-2, LTC2858-1 and LTC2858-2 are low power, RS485/RS422 transceivers operating on 5V supplies at maximum data rates of 20Mbps or 250kbps for low EMI. The receiver has a one-eighth unit load, supporting up to 256 nodes per bus (C, I-Grade), and a fail-safe feature that guarantees a high output state under conditions of floating or shorted inputs. The driver maintains a high output impedance over the entire common mode range when disabled or when the supply is removed. Excessive power dissipation caused by bus contention or a fault is prevented by current limiting all outputs and by thermal shutdown.Enhanced ESD protection allows these parts to withstand ±15kV (human body model) on the transceiver interface pins without latch-up or damage. Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX13020/MAX13021 ±60V fault-protected low-power local interconnect network (LIN) transceivers are ideal for use in automotive network applications where high reliability is required. The devices provide the interface between the LIN master/slave protocol controller, and the physical bus described in the LIN 2.0 specification package and SAE J2602 specification. The devices are intended for in-vehicle subnetworks with a single master and multiple slaves. The extended fault-protected voltage range of ±60V on the LIN bus line allows for use in +12V, +24V, and +42V automotive applications. The devices allow communication up to 20kbaud, and include slew-rate limited transmitters for enhanced electromagnetic emissions (EME) performance. The devices feature a low-power 4µA sleep mode and provide wake-up source detection. The MAX13020 is a pin-to-pin replacement and is functionally compatible with the Philips TJA1020. The MAX13021 includes enhanced bus dominant clamping fault management for reduced quiescent current during LIN bus shorts to GND. MAX15012CASA+T

Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX15012/MAX15013 high-frequency, 175V half-bridge, n-channel MOSFET drivers drive high- and low-side MOSFETs in high-voltage applications. These drivers are independently controlled and their 35ns typical propagation delay, from input to output, are matched to within 2ns (typ). The high-voltage operation with very low and matched propagation delay between drivers, and high source/sink current capabilities make these devices suitable for the high-power, high-frequency telecom power converters. A reliable on-chip bootstrap diode connected between VDD and BST eliminates the need for an external discrete diode. The MAX15012A/C and MAX15013A/C offer both noninverting drivers (see the Selector Guide of the full data sheet). The MAX15012B/D and MAX15013B/D offer a noninverting high-side driver and an inverting low-side driver. The MAX15012A/B/C/D feature CMOS (VDD/2) logic inputs. The MAX15013A/B/C/D feature TTL logic inputs. The drivers are available in the industry-standard 8-pin SO footprint and pin configuration and a thermally enhanced 8-pin SO package. MAX7319AEE+

Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX7319 2-wire serial-interfaced peripheral features eight input ports with selectable internal pullups, overvoltage protection to +6V, and transition detection with interrupt output. All input ports are continuously monitored for state changes (transition detection). Transitions are latched, allowing detection of transient changes. Any combination of inputs can be selected using the interrupt mask to assert the active-low INT output. When the MAX7319 is subsequently accessed through the serial interface, any pending interrupt is cleared. The +5.5V tolerant active-low RST input clears the serial interface, terminating any I²C communication to or from the MAX7319.The MAX7319 uses two address inputs with four-level logic to allow 16 I²C slave addresses. The slave address also enables or disables internal 40kΩ pullups in groups of four ports. The MAX7319 supports hot insertion. All eight input ports, the serial interface SDA, SCL, AD0, AD2, active-low INT, and active-low RST remain high impedance in power-down (V+ = 0) with up to +6V asserted on them. The MAX7319 is one device in a family of pin-compatible port expanders with a choice of input ports, open-drain I/O ports, and push-pull output ports. The MAX7319 is available in 16-pin QSOP and 16-pin TQFN packages, and is specified over the automotive temperature range (-40°C to +125°C).ApplicationsCell PhonesNotebooksSAN/NASSatellite RadioServers
