The ADuM3070 isolator is a regulated dc-to-dc isolated power supply controller with an internal MOSFET driver. The dc-to-dc controller has an internal isolated PWM feedback from the secondary side based on the iCoupler® chip scale transformer technology and complete loop compensation. This eliminates the need to use an optocoupler for feedback and compensates the loop for stability.The ADuM3070 isolator provides a more stable output voltage and higher efficiency compared to unregulated isolated dc-to-dc power supplies. The fully integrated feedback and loop compensation in a small QSOP package provides a smaller form factor than any discrete solution. The regulated feedback provides a relatively flat efficiency curve over the full output power range. The ADuM2280 / ADuM2281 / ADuM2285 / ADuM2286 (also referred to as ADuM228x in this data sheet) are 5 kV rms dual-channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic air core transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives, such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers.With propagation delay at 24 ns maximum, pulse width distortion is less than 2 ns for C grade. Channel-to-channel matching is tight at 5 ns for C grade. The ADuM228x are available in two channel configurations with three different data rates up to 100 Mbps (see the Ordering Guide). The ADuM6210 / ADuM6211 / ADuM6212 are dual-channel digital isolators with isoPower®, an integrated, isolated dc-to-dc converter. Based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology, the dc-to-dc converter provides regulated, isolated power that is adjustable between 3.135 V and 5.25 V. Input supply voltages can range from slightly below the required output to significantly higher. Popular voltage combinations and their associated power levels are shown in Table 2.The ADuM6210 / ADuM6211 / ADuM6212 eliminate the need for a separate, isolated dc-to-dc converter in low power, isolated designs.
