The ADUM1241 is a micropower, dual-channel digital isolator which has a default high?and 1/1 directionality based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler? technology, (Quad-channel products available). Combining high speed CMOS andmonolithic air core transformer technologies, these isolationcomponents provide outstanding performance characteristicssuperior to alternatives, such as optocoupler devices, yet require the lowest power of any available isolation product.Packaged in an 8-lead SOIC, this series of quad, 3 kV digital isolationdevices operate with supplies as low as 2.5 V, offering thelowest available power consumption at a fraction of the power of comparable isolators at comparable data rates (up to 2 Mbps). In addition, all models provide low pulse width distortion (<8 ns for A grade) and an input glitch filter for extraneous noise disturbance protection.All models operate with the supply voltage on either sideranging as low as 2.25 V, providing compatibility with lowervoltage systems, as well as enabling voltage translationfunctionality across the isolation barrier. The ADuM3150?is a 6-channel SPIsolator? digital isolator optimized for isolated serial peripheral interfaces (SPIs). Basedon the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler? chip scale transformertechnology, the low propagation delay in the CLK, MO/SI,MI/SO, and SS SPI bus signals supports SPI clock rates of up to 17 MHz. These channels operate with 14 ns propagation delayand 1 ns jitter to optimize timing for SPI.The ADuM3150 isolator also provides two additional independentlow data rate isolation channels, one channel in each direction. Data in the slow channels is sampled and serialized for a 250 kbps data rate with 2.5 ?s of jitter.The ADuM3150 supports a delay clock output on the master side of the device. This output can be used with an additionalclocked port on the master to support 40 MHz clock performance. The ADuM5210?/ADuM5211?/?ADuM5212 are dual-channel digitalisolators with isoPower?, an integrated, isolated dc-to-dc converter. Based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler? technology, the dc-to-dc converter provides regulated, isolated power that is adjustablebetween 3.135 V and 5.25 V. Input supply voltages can range from slightly below the required output to significantly higher. Popularvoltage combinations and their associated power levels are shown in Table 2 in the data sheet.The ADuM5210 / ADuM5211 / ADuM5212 eliminate the need for aseparate, isolated dc-to-dc converter in low power, isolated designs.The iCoupler chip-scale transformer technology is used for isolatedlogic signals and for the magnetic components of the dc-to-dcconverter. The result is a small form factor, total isolationsolution.isoPower uses high frequency switching elements to transfer power through its transformer. The LTM2810 is a complete galvanic digital ?Module? (micromodule) isolator. No external components are required. Individual 3V to 5.5V supplies power each side of the digital isolator. Separate logic supply pins allow easy interfacing with different logic levels from 1.62V to 5.5V, independent of the main supply.Module options are available with compatibility to SPI (LTM2810-S) and I2C (LTM2810-I), master mode only, specifications.The module includes an integrated transformer driver on the logic side and an LDO on the isolated side to regulate the rectified transformer output. The LDO output is nominally 5V but may be overdriven.Coupled inductors provide 7500VRMS of isolation between the input and output logic interface.
