The MAX5403/MAX5404/MAX5405 is a family of duallinear taper digital potentiometers. Each device has one3-terminal potentiometer and one 2-terminal variableresistor (Figure 1). The MAX5403/MAX5404/MAX5405operate from +2.7V to +5.5V single-supply voltagesand use an ultra-low supply current of 0.1µA. Thesedevices also provide glitchless switching betweenresistors taps as well as a convenient power-on reset(POR) that sets the wiper to the midscale position atpower-up. The potentiometer consists of a fixed resistorwith a wiper contact that is digitally controlled through a3-wire serial interface and has 256-tap points. It performsthe same function as a discrete potentiometer orvariable resistor.These parts are ideal for applications requiring digitallycontrolled resistors. Three resistance values are available:10kΩ (MAX5403), 50kΩ (MAX5404), and 100kΩ(MAX5405). The MAX4548/MAX4549 serial-interface, programmable, triple 3x2 audio/video crosspoint switches are ideal for multimedia applications. The devices include three crosspoint switch matrices, each containing three inputs and two outputs. To improve off-isolation, each switch matrix has a shunt input and each output is selectively programmable for clickless or regular-mode operation. A selectable set of internal resistive voltage dividers supplies DC bias for each output when using AC-coupled inputs. To improve crosstalk, the voltage dividers include four externally accessible bypass points.The MAX4548/MAX4549 feature 35Ω max on-resistance, 7Ω on-resistance matching between channels, 5Ω on-resistance flatness, and 0.07% total harmonic distortion (THD). Additionally, they feature off-isolation of -85dB at 20kHz and -72dB at 10MHz, with crosstalk of -85dB at 20kHz and -55dB at 10MHz. The MAX4548 uses a 2-wire I²-compatible serial interface, while the MAX4549 uses a 3-wire SPI™/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™-compatible serial interface. The ADuM3223/ADuM4223 are 4 A isolated, half-bridge gatedrivers that employ the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology to provide independent and isolated high-side and low-sideoutputs. The ADuM3223 provides 3000 V rms isolation in thenarrow body, 16-lead SOIC package, and the ADuM4223 provides 5000 V rms isolation in the wide body, 16-lead SOIC package.Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to the alternatives, such as the combination of pulse transformers and gate drivers. The ADuM3223/ADuM4223 isolators each provide two independent isolated channels. They operate with an inputsupply ranging from 3.0 V to 5.5 V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems. In comparison to gate drivers employinghigh voltage level translation methodologies, the ADuM3223/ADuM4223 offer the benefit of true, galvanic isolation between the input and each output. Each output may be continuously operated up to 537 V peak relative to the input, thereby supporting low-side switching to negative voltages. The MAX77757 is a standalone 3.15A charger with integrated USB Type-C®CC detection with JEITA compliance that supports reverse boost capability. The fast-charge current is easily configured with resistors. The MAX77757 operates with an input voltage of 4.5V to 13.7V and has a maximum input current limit of 3A. The IC also implements the adaptive input current limit (AICL) function that regulates the input voltage by reducing input current to prevent the voltage of a weak adapter from collapsing or folding back.The USB Type-C Configuration Channel (CC) detection pins on the MAX77757 enable automatic USB Type-C power source detection and input current limit configuration. To support a variety of legacy USB types as well as proprietary adapters, the IC also integrates BC1.2 detection using the D+ and D- pins. The IC runs the CC pin and BC1.2 detection automatically as soon as a USB plug is inserted without any software control.The IC also offers reverse-boost capability up to 5.1V and 1.5A, which can be enabled with the ENBST pin. The STAT pin indicates charging status while the INOKB pin indicates valid input voltage.
