The AD5291 and AD5292 are single-channel, 256-/1024-position digital potentiometers that combine industry leading variable resistor performance with nonvolatile memory (NVM) in a compact package. These devices are capable of operating across a wide voltage range, supporting both dual supply operation at ±10.5 V to ±16.5 V and single supply operation at +21 V to +33 V, while ensuring less than 1% end-to-end resistor tolerance error and offering 20-time programmable (20-TP) memory.The guaranteed industry leading low resistor tolerance error feature simplifies open-loop applications as well as precision calibration and tolerance matching applications.The AD5291 and AD5292 device wiper settings are controllable through the SPI digital interface. Unlimited adjustments are allowed before programming the resistance value into the 20-TP memory. The AD5291 and AD5292 do not require any external voltage supply to facilitate fuse blow, and there are 20 opportunities for permanent programming. During 20-TP activation, a permanent blow fuse command freezes the wiper position (analogous to placing epoxy on a mechanical trimmer).The AD5291 and AD5292 are available in a compact 14-lead TSSOP package. The AD5560 is a high performance, highly integrated device power supply consisting of programmable force voltages and measure ranges. This part includes the required DAC levels to set the programmable inputs for the drive amplifier, as well as clamping and comparator circuitry. Offset and gain correction is included on-chip for DAC functions. A number of programmable measure current ranges are available: five internal fixed ranges and two external customer-selectable ranges (EXTFORCE1 and EXTFORCE2) that can supply currents up to ±1.2 A and ±500 mA, respectively. The voltage range possible at this high current level is limited by headroom and the maximum power dissipation. Current ranges in excess of ±1.2 A or at high current and high voltage combinations can be achieved by paralleling or ganging multiple DPS devices. The AD736 is a low power, precision, monolithic true rms-to-dc converter. It is laser trimmed to provide a maximum error of ±0.3 mV ± 0.3% of reading with sine wave inputs. Furthermore, it maintains high accuracy while measuring a wide range of input waveforms, including variable duty-cycle pulses and triac (phase)-controlled sine waves. The low cost and small size of this converter make it suitable for upgrading the performance of non-rms precision rectifiers in many applications. Compared to these circuits, the AD736 offers higher accuracy at an equal or lower cost.The AD736 can compute the rms value of both ac and dc input voltages. It can also be operated as an ac-coupled device by adding one external capacitor. In this mode, the AD736 can resolve input signal levels of 100 μV rms or less, despite variations in temperature or supply voltage. High accuracy is also maintained for input waveforms with crest factors of 1 to 3. In addition, crest factors as high as 5 can be measured (introducing only 2.5% additional error) at the 200 mV full-scale input level.The AD736 has its own output buffer amplifier, thereby pro-viding a great deal of design flexibility. Requiring only 200 μA of power supply current, the AD736 is optimized for use in portable multimeters and other battery-powered applications.The AD736 allows the choice of two signal input terminals: a high impedance FET input (1012 Ω) that directly interfaces with High-Z input attenuators and a low impedance input (8 kΩ) that allows the measurement of 300 mV input levels while operating from the minimum power supply voltage of +2.8 V, −3.2 V. The two inputs can be used either single ended or differentially.The AD736 has a 1% reading error bandwidth that exceeds 10 kHz for the input amplitudes from 20 mV rms to 200 mV rms while consuming only 1 mW.The AD736 is available in four performance grades. The AD736J and AD736K grades are rated over the 0°C to +70°C and −20°C to +85°C commercial temperature ranges. The AD736A and AD736B grades are rated over the −40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range. The AD736 is available in three low cost, 8-lead packages: PDIP, SOIC, and CERDIP.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS The AD736 is capable of computing the average rectified value, absolute value, or true rms value of various input signals. Only one external component, an averaging capacitor, is required for the AD736 to perform true rms measurement. The low power consumption of 1 mW makes the AD736 suitable for many battery-powered applications. A high input impedance of 1012 Ω eliminates the need for an external buffer when interfacing with input attenuators. A low impedance input is available for those applications that require an input signal up to 300 mV rms operating from low power supply voltages.

The tiny size gives designers an edge when board space is at a premium, and its single 3.3V supply requirements eliminate the need for 1.8V regulators or additional voltage conversion capacitors.The integrated HP Auto MDI/MDI-X function, a must for consumer electronic applications, automatically compensates for crossover cable problems eliminating one of the most common items for consumer help lines. The MicroPHY’s full MII allows the device to easily interface to any 802.3-compliant MAC. The MicroPHY offers all the essential pins for embedded applications including reset pin, power-down pin, programmable LEDs and more. On-chip regulators masterfully achieve supply-noise isolation among the various blocks while reducing the number of off-chip supply filtering components. A semidigital architecture and digital clock recovery unit are used in the receiver to maximize circuit noise immunity. The MicroPHY includes integrated ENDECs, scrambler/descrambler, dual-speed clock recovery, and full-featured autonegotiation functions. The transmitter includes an on-chip pulse-shaper and a low-power line driver. The receiver has an adaptive equalizer and a baseline restoration circuit required for accurate clock and data recovery. The ADRF6658 is a high performance, low power, wideband, dual-channel radio frequency (RF) downconverter with integrated intermediate frequency (IF) digitally controlled amplifiers (DGAs) for wideband, low distortion base station radio receivers.The dual Rx mixers are doubly balanced Gilbert cell mixers with high linearity and excellent image rejection. Both mixers convert 50 Ω RF inputs to open-collector broadband IF outputs. Internal tunable baluns on the RF inputs enable suppression of RF signal harmonics and attenuation of out-of-band signals before the mixer inputs, reducing input reflections and out-of-band interference signals. A flexible local oscillator (LO) architecture allows the use of differential or single-ended LO signals.The dual-channel IF DGAs are based on the ADL5201 and ADL5202 and have a fixed, differential output impedance of 100 Ω. The gain is adjustable over a 31.5 dB range with a 0.5 dB step size via the on-chip SPI, or through independent, 6-bit parallel ports that support latch functionality.
