The HMC621LP4E incorporates a high dynamic range, single-balanced mixer core with integrated RF, LO and IF amplifiers, making it ideal for compact transceiver applications in Cellular//3G & LTE/WiMAX/4G. This versatile converter RFIC operates with a low LO input power level of only 0 dBm, provides 30 dB conversion gain, and exhibits +33 dBm output IP3. The ADuM250N/ADuM251N/ADuM252N are 5-channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. The maximum propagation delay is 13 ns with a pulse width distortion of less than 4.5 ns at 5 V operation.
