The HMC621LP4E is a highly integrated downconverter IC that operates from 0.9 to 1.6 GHz. The HMC621LP4E incorporates a high dynamic range, single-balanced mixer core with integrated RF, LO and IF amplifiers, making it ideal for compact transceiver applications in Cellular//3G & LTE/WiMAX/4G. This versatile converter RFIC operates with a low LO input power level of only 0 dBm, provides 30 dB conversion gain, and exhibits +33 dBm output IP3. The ADuM250N/ADuM251N/ADuM252N are 5-channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. The maximum propagation delay is 13 ns with a pulse width distortion of less than 4.5 ns at 5 V operation. Channel to channel matching of propagation delay is tight at 4.0 ns maximum.The ADuM250N/ADuM251N/ADuM252N data channels are independent and are available in a variety of configurations with a withstand voltage rating of 5.0 kV rms (see the Ordering Guide). The devices operate with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 1.7 V to 5.5 V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier.Unlike other optocoupler alternatives, dc correctness is ensured in the absence of input logic transitions. The AD1939 is a high performance, single-chip codec that provides four analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with differential input, and eight digital-to-analog converters (DACs) with differential output using the Analog Devices, Inc. patented multibit sigma-delta (?-?) architecture. An SPI port is included, allowing a microcontroller to adjust volume and many other parameters. The AD1939 operates from 3.3 V digital and analog supplies. The AD1939 is available in a 64-lead (differential output) LQFP package.The AD1939 is designed for low EMI. This consideration is apparent in both the system and circuit design architectures. By using the on-board PLL to derive the master clock from the LR clock or from an external crystal, the AD1939 eliminates the need for a separate high frequency master clock and can also be used with a suppressed bit clock. The DACs and ADCs are designed using the latest Analog Devices continuous time architectures to further minimize EMI.
