The ADXL203 is a high precision, low power, complete dual-axis accelerometer with signal conditioned voltage outputs, all on a single, monolithic IC. The ADXL203 measures acceleration with a full-scale range of ±1.7 g, ±5 g, or ±18 g. The ADXL203 can measure both dynamic acceleration (for example, vibration) and static acceleration (for example, gravity).The typical noise floor is 110 μg/√Hz, allowing signals below 1 mg (0.06° of inclination) to be resolved in tilt sensing applications using narrow bandwidths (<60 Hz). The user selects the bandwidth of the accelerometer using Capacitor CX and Capacitor CY at the XOUT and YOUT pins. Low Power HART Modem

The AD5700/AD5700-1 are single-chip solutions, designed and specified to operate as a HART® FSK half-duplex modem, complying with the HART physical layer requirements. The AD5700/AD5700-1 integrate all of the necessary filtering, signal detection, modulating, demodulating and signal generation functions, thus requiring few external components. The 0.5% precision internal oscillator on the AD5700-1 greatly reduces the board space requirements, making it ideal for line-powered applications in both master and slave configurations. The maximum supply current consumption is 115µA, making theAD5700/AD5700-1 an optimal choice for low power loop-powered applications. Transmit waveforms are phase continuous 1200 Hz and 2200 Hz sinusoids. The AD5700/AD5700-1 contain accurate carrier detect circuitry and use a standard UART interface.

The MicroPHY’s full MII allows the device to easily interface to any 802.3-compliant MAC. The MicroPHY offers all the essential pins for embedded applications including reset pin, power-down pin, programmable LEDs and more. On-chip regulators masterfully achieve supply-noise isolation among the various blocks while reducing the number of off-chip supply filtering components. A semidigital architecture and digital clock recovery unit are used in the receiver to maximize circuit noise immunity. The MicroPHY includes integrated ENDECs, scrambler/descrambler, dual-speed clock recovery, and full-featured autonegotiation functions. The transmitter includes an on-chip pulse-shaper and a low-power line driver. The receiver has an adaptive equalizer and a baseline restoration circuit required for accurate clock and data recovery. The ADuM440x are 4-channel digital isolators based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic air core transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics that are superior to the alternatives, such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers.The ADuM440x isolators provide four independent isolation channels in a variety of channel configurations and data rates (see the Ordering Guide). All models operate with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 3.0 V to 5.5 V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling a voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. The ADuM440x isolators have a patented refresh feature that ensures dc correctness in the absence of input logic transitions and during power-up/power-down conditions.This family of isolators, like many Analog Devices isolators, offers very low power consumption, consuming one-tenth to one-sixth the power of comparable isolators at comparable data rates up to 10 Mbps. All models of the ADuM440x provide low pulse width distortion (<2 ns for C grade). In addition, every model has an input glitch filter to protect against extraneous noise disturbances.The ADuM440x contain circuit and layout enhancements to help achieve system-level IEC 61000-4-x compliance (ESD/burst/surge). The precise capability in these tests for the ADuM440x are strongly determined by the design and layout of the user’s board or module. The AD5593R has eight input/output (I/O) pins, which can beindependently configured as digital-to-analog converter (DAC)outputs, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) inputs, digital outputs,or digital inputs. When an I/O pin is configured as an analogoutput, it is driven by a 12-bit DAC. The output range of theDAC is 0 V to VREF or 0 V to 2 × VREF. The ADE9000 is a highly accurate, fully integrated, multiphase energy and power quality monitoring device. Superior analog performance and a digital signal processing (DSP) core enable accurate energy monitoring over a wide dynamic range. An integrated high end reference ensures low drift over temperature with a combined drift of less than ±25 ppm/°C maximum for the entire channel including a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and an analog-to-digital converter (ADC).The ADE9000 offers complete power monitoring capability by providing total as well as fundamental measurements on rms, active, reactive, and apparent powers and energies. Advanced features such as dip and swell monitoring, frequency, phase angle, voltage total harmonic distortion (VTHD), current total harmonic distortion (ITHD), and power factor measurements enable implementation of power quality measurements. The ½ cycle rms and 10 cycle rms/12 cycle rms, calculated according to IEC 61000-4-30 Class S, provide instantaneous rms measurements for real-time monitoring.The ADE9000 offers an integrated flexible waveform buffer that stores samples at a fixed data rate of 32 kSPS or 8 kSPS, or a sampling rate that varies based on line frequency to ensure 128 points per line cycle. Resampling simplifies fast Fourier transform (FFT) calculation of at least 50 harmonics in an external processor.The ADE9000 simplifies the implementation of energy and power quality monitoring systems by providing tight integration of acquisition and calculation engines. The integrated ADCs and DSP engine calculate various parameters and provide data through user accessible registers or indicate events through interrupt pins. With seven dedicated ADC channels, the ADE9000 can be used on a 3-phase system or up to three single-phase systems. It supports current transformers (CTs) or Rogowski coils for current measurements.
