Demonstration circuit 1320 is a high power density step-down DC/DC converter featuring the LTC3608EWKG (DC1320A-A) or the LTC3609EWKG (DC1320A-B) high current, high input voltage monolithic DC/DC step-down converter. The input voltage of the DC1320A-A is from 5V to 20V and it provides a jumper-selectable output voltage of 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V @ 8A.

LTC3100EUD Demo Board | 1.5MHz Synchronous Dual-Channel DC/DC Converter and 100mA LDO

Demonstration circuit 1326A consists of three voltage regulators; a synchronous boost, a synchronous buck and a linear LDO. Jumpers are provided for selecting a total of nine output voltages (3 boost output voltages: 1.8V/3.3V/5V, 3 buck output voltages: 1.2V/1.5V/1.8V, and 3 LDO output voltages: 1.5V/2.85V/3V). The high efficiency DC/DC converters feature 700mA switches for the boost, 250mA for the buck and a 100mA rating for the LDO regulator. With a light load, the boost converter can startup with an input voltage as low as 700mV and once started, the input can go as low as 500mV while maintaining a regulated output. That maximum boost and buck input voltage is 5.5V. The buck converter requires 1.8V minimum input.

The LTC?2990 is used to monitor system temperatures, voltages and currents. Through the I2C serial interface, the device can be configured to measure many combinations of internal temperature, remote temperature, remote voltage, remote current and internal VCC. The internal 10ppm/?C reference minimizes the number of supporting components and area required. Selectable address and configurable functionality give the LTC2990 flexibility to be incorporated in various systems needing temperature, voltage or current data. The LTC3564 is a high efficiency monolithic synchronous buck regulator using a constant frequency, current mode architecture. Supply current during operation is only 20?A, dropping to ?1?A in shutdown. The 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range makes the LTC3564 ideally suited for single Li-Ion battery-powered or 3.3V to 5V input voltage applications. 100% duty cycle provides low drop- out operation, extending battery life in portable systems. Automatic Burst Mode? operation increases efficiency at light loads, further extending battery runtime. Switching frequency is internally set at 2.25MHz, allowing the use of small surface mount inductors and capacitors.The internal synchronous switch increases efficiency and eliminates the need for an external Schottky diode. Low output voltages are easily supported with the 0.6V feedback reference voltage. The LT3587 provides a one-chip solution for applications requiring two positive and one negative high voltage supplies.The LT3587 input voltage range of 2.5V to 6V makes it ideal for various battery-powered systems.A single resistor programs each of the three output voltage levels and the output current of Boost3. The intelligent soft-start allows for sequential soft-start of the Boost1 output followed by the negative output with a single capacitor. Internal sequencing circuitry also disables the inverter until the Boost1 output has reached 87% of its final value.The LT3587 integrates all the power switches, soft-start, and output-disconnect circuits into a small 3mm ? 3mm QFN package. Demonstration circuit 1367A features the LTM4615EV, a triple output μModule® regulator consisting of two switch-mode outputs and one LDO output. Each LTM4615 DC/DC converter has a separate input and enable pin. The input supply voltage is 2.5V to 5.5V and the demo board provides outputs of 1.8V @ 4A, 1.2V @ 2.5A and 1V @ 1.5A. The LTM4615's maximum load current is 4A for each switch-mode channel and 1.5A for the VLDO™ channel. However the DC1367A is configured with the LDO input supply connected to the VOUT2 whose maximum output current decreases accordingly. Derating is necessary for certain VIN, VOUT and thermal conditions.

Demonstration circuit 1381A is a Low Quiescent Current, Dual Output Synchronous Buck Converter featuring the LTC3857EUH/LTC3858EUH. The DC1381A provides 3.3V/5A and 8.5V/3A from a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 36V, making it suitable for automotive or other battery fed application where low quiescent current is important. Two versions of the board are available. DC-1381A-A is for the LTC3857EUH, while the DC1381A-B is for the LTC3858EUH. The LTC3857EUH offers lower quiescent current and smaller burst mode ripple, while the LTC3858EUH offers latch-off protection and increased burst mode efficiency.
