The LTC4358 is a 5A ideal diode that uses an internal 20mΩ N-channel MOSFET to replace a Schottky diode when used in diode-OR and high current diode applications. The LTC4358 reduces power consumption, heat dissipation, and PC board area. The LTC4358 easily ORs power supplies together to increase total system reliability. In diode-OR applications, the LTC4358 regulates the forward voltage drop across the internal MOSFET to ensure smooth current transfer from one path to the other without oscillation. The LTC4110 is a complete single chip, high efficiency, flyback battery charge and discharge manager with automatic switchover between the input supply and the backup battery or super capacitor. The IC provides four modes of operation: battery backup, battery charge, battery calibration and shutdown. Battery backup and battery charge are automatic standalone modes, while the optional calibration mode requires a CPU host to communicate over an SMBus. During calibration the flyback charger is used in reverse to discharge the battery with a programmable constant current into the system load eliminating heat generation. Three status outputs can be individually reconfigured over the SMBus to become GPIOs. User programmable over-discharge protection is provided. The SHDN pin isolates the battery to support shipping the product with a charged battery installed. Multiple LTC4110s can be combined to form a redundant battery backup system or increase the number of battery packs to achieve longer backup run times. The LTC4110 is available in a low profile (0.75mm), 38-pin 5mm × 7mm QFN package. The LT3011 is a high voltage, micropower, low dropout linear regulator. The device is capable of supplying 50mA of output current with a dropout voltage of 300mV. Designed for use in battery-powered high voltage systems, the low quiescent current (46μA operating and 1μA in shutdown) is well controlled in dropout, making the LT3011 an ideal choice.The LT3011 includes a PWRGD flag to indicate output regulation. The delay between regulated output level and flag indication is programmable with a single capacitor. The LT3011 also has the ability to operate with very small output capacitors; it is stable with only 1μF on the output. Small ceramic capacitors can be used without the addition of any series resistance (ESR) as is common with other regulators. Internal protection circuitry includes reverse battery protection, current limiting, thermal limiting, and reverse current protection.The LT3011 features an adjustable output with a 1.24V reference voltage. The PHY1078-01 is a combined burst-mode laser driver and limiting amplifier for use within fiber optic modules for FTTx applications. Used with the PHY1095 or PHY1097 transimpedance amplifiers and a low cost serial EEPROM, the device forms a complete PON diplexer silicon solution. The transmit block includes a high-frequency modulator and a bias current generator. The bias current can be controlled either by a fast-settling APC loop or in open-loop mode, which uses a temperature lookup table. The receiver includes a limiting amplifier with programmable bandwidth. The ADM13307 is a triple voltage supervisor designed to monitor up to three voltage levels in DSP and microprocessor-based systems.There are five models available, all of which feature a combination of internally pretrimmed undervoltage threshold options for monitoring 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V supplies. There are also two adjustable input options with undervoltage thresholds of either 0.6 V or 1.25 V.The ADM13307-18, ADM13307-25, and ADM13307-33 models have two internally fixed thresholds and one externally programmable threshold via a resistor string. The ADM13307-4 and ADM13307-5 offer one internally fixed threshold and two externally programmable thresholds. See the Data Sheet Ordering Guide for a list of all available options.During power-up, RESET is asserted when the supply voltage exceeds 1.1 V. The device then monitors the SENSEv input pins and holds the RESET output low as long as the SENSEv pins remain below the rising threshold voltage, VIT+.Once the supplies monitored at the SENSEv inputs rise above their associated thresholds, the reset signal remains low for the reset timeout period before deasserting. Subsequently, if a voltage monitored by the SENSEv pins falls below its associated falling input threshold voltage, VIT−, the RESET output asserts.The ADM13307 features both an active high RESET and an active low RESET output.The manual reset input of the ADM13307 can be used to initiate a reset by means of an external push button or logic signal.The ADM13307 is available in an 8-lead narrow body SOIC package. The LTM4616 is a complete dual 2-phase 8A per channel switch mode DC/DC power regulator system in a 15mm × 15mm surface mount LGA or BGA package. Included in the package are the switching controller, power FETs, inductor and all support components. Operating from an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, the LTM4616 supports two outputs within a voltage range of 0.6V to 5V, each set by a single external resistor. The AD587 represents a major advance in state-of-the-art monolithic voltage references. Using a proprietary ion-implanted buried Zener diode and laser wafer trimming of high stability thin-film resistors, the AD587 provides outstanding performance at low cost.The AD587 offers much higher performance than most other 10 V references. Because the AD587 uses an industry-standard pinout, many systems can be upgraded instantly with the AD587.The buried Zener approach to reference design provides lower noise and drift than band gap voltage references. The AD587 offers a noise-reduction pin that can be used to further reduce the noise level generated by the buried Zener.The AD587 is recommended for use as a reference for 8-bit, 10-bit, 12-bit, 14-bit, or 16-bit DACs that require an external precision reference. The device is also ideal for successive approximation or integrating ADCs with up to 14 bits of accuracy. In general, it offers better performance than standard on-chip references.The AD587J and AD587K are specified for operation from 0°C to 70°C, and the AD587U is specified for operation from −55°C to +125°C. The AD637 is a complete, high accuracy, rms-to-dc converter that computes the true rms value of any complex waveform. It offers performance that is unprecedented in integrated circuit rms-to-dc converters and comparable to discrete and modular techniques in accuracy, bandwidth, and dynamic range. The AD637 computes the true root mean square, mean square, or absolute value of any complex ac (or ac plus dc) input waveform and gives an equivalent dc output voltage. The true rms value of a waveform is more useful than an average rectified signal because it relates directly to the power of the signal. The rms value of a statistical signal relates to the standard deviation of the signal.Superior crest factor compensation permits measurements of signals with crest factors of up to 10 with less than 1% additional error. The wide bandwidth of the AD637 permits the measurement of signals up to 600 kHz with inputs of 200 mV rms and up to 8 MHz when the input levels are above 1 V rms.Direct dB value of the rms output with a range of 60 dB is available on a separate pin. An externally programmed reference current allows the user to select the 0 dB reference voltage to correspond to any level between 0.1 V and 2.0 V rms.A chip select connection on the AD637 permits the user to decrease the supply current from 2.2 mA to 350 µA during periods when the rms function is not in use. This feature facilitates the addition of precision rms measurement to remote or handheld applications where minimum power consumption is critical. In addition, when the AD637 is powered down, the output goes to a high impedance state. This allows several AD637s to be tied together to form a wideband true rms multiplexer.The input circuitry of the AD637 is protected from overload voltages in excess of the supply levels. The inputs are not damaged by input signals if the supply voltages are lost.The AD637 is laser wafer trimmed to achieve rated performance without external trimming. The only external component required is a capacitor that sets the averaging period. The value of this capacitor also determines low frequency accuracy, ripple level, and settling time.The on-chip buffer amplifier is used either as an input buffer or in an active filter configuration. The filter can be used to reduce the amount of ac ripple, thereby increasing accuracy.The AD637 is available in accuracy Grade J and Grade K for commercial temperature range (0°C to 70°C) applications, accuracy Grade A and Grade B for industrial range (−40°C to +85°C) applications, and accuracy Grade S rated over the −55°C to +125°C temperature range. All versions are available in hermetically sealed, 14-lead SBDIP, 14-lead CERDIP, and 16-lead SOIC_W packages.

The ADM1075 is a full feature, negative voltage, hot swap controllerwith constant power foldback and high accuracy digital currentand voltage measurement that allows boards to be safely insertedand removed from a live -48 V backplane. The part providesprecise and robust current limiting and protection against bothtransient and nontransient short circuits and overvoltage andundervoltage conditions. The ADM1075 typically operates froma negative voltage of -35 V to -80 V and, due to shunt regulation,has excellent voltage transient immunity. The operating range ofthe part is flexible due to the shunt regulator, and the part can bepowered directly by a 10 V rail to save shunt power dissipation(see the Powering the ADM1075 section for more details).A full-scale current limit of 25 mV or 50 mV can be selected bychoosing the appropriate model. The maximum current limit isset by the combination of the sense resistor, RSENSE, and the inputvoltage on the ISET pin, using external resistors. This allows finetuning of the trip voltage so that standard sense resistors can beused. Inrush current is limited to this programmable value bycontrolling the gate drive of an external N-channel FET. The ADM1293 and ADM1294 are high accuracy integrated digital power monitors that offer digital current, voltage, and power monitoring using an on-chip, 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), communicated through a PMBus™ compliant I2C interface.These devices acquire the current by measuring the voltage difference across the external sense resistor. This voltage is amplified and digitized by an internal 12-bit ADC. The same ADC can also sample the primary input voltage and an auxiliary input voltage. The internal digital block can perform multiplication of the current and primary input voltage for power calculation. The ADM1293/ADM1294 also feature a power accumulator for energy metering. An industry-standard PMBus interface allows a master controller to read back these data from the device. The master controller can then combine this information with a known sense resistor value to calculate the current, voltage, power, and energy consumption over time on the monitored rail.In conditions such as overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, and overpower, the ADM1293/ADM1294 devices can generate an interrupt signal to the microprocessor through the GPOx/ALERTx outputs. The threshold for these conditions is digitally programmed via PMBus.The ADM1293 is designed for high-side supply monitoring with a voltage monitoring range from 0 V to 20 V. The ADM1294 is designed for low-side supply monitoring.
