The LT8495 is an adjustable frequency (250kHz to 1.5MHz) monolithic switching regulator with a power-on reset and watchdog timer. Quiescent current can be less than 9μA when operating and is ~0.3μA when SWEN, WDE and RSTIN are low. Configurable as a SEPIC, boost or flyback converter, the low ripple Burst Mode operation maintains high efficiency at low output current while keeping output ripple below 10mV. Dual supply pins (VIN and BIAS) allow the part to automatically operate from the most efficient supply. Input supply voltage can be up to 60V for SEPIC topologies and up to 32V (with ride-through up to 60V) for boost and flyback topologies. After start-up, battery life is extended since the part can draw current from its output (BIAS) even when VIN voltage drops below 2.5V.The reset and watchdog timeout periods are independently adjustable using external capacitors. Using a resistor divider on the SWEN pin provides a programmable undervoltage lockout (UVLO) for the converter. A resistor divider connected to RSTIN provides UVLO control that asserts the RST pin.Additional features such as frequency foldback and soft-start are integrated. Fault tolerance in the TSSOP allows for adjacent pin shorts or an open without raising the output voltage above its programmed value. The LT8495 is available in 20-lead QFN and 20-lead TSSOP packages with exposed pads for low thermal resistance.Applications Automotive ECU Power Power for Portable Products Industrial Supplies

The ADP5070 is a dual high performance dc-to-dc regulator that generates independently regulated positive and negative rails. The input voltage range of 2.85 V to 15 V supports a wide variety of applications. The integrated main switch in both regulators enables generation of an adjustable positive output voltage up to +39 V and a negative output voltage down to −39 V below input voltage. The ADP5070 operates at a pin selected 1.2 MHz/2.4 MHz switching frequency. The ADP5070 can synchronize with an external oscillator from 1.0 MHz to 2.6 MHz to ease noise filtering in sensitive applications. Both regulators implement programmable slew rate control circuitry for the MOSFET driver stage to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI).Flexible start-up sequencing is provided with the options of manual enable, simultaneous mode, positive supply first, and negative supply first. The ADP5070 includes a fixed internal or resistor programmable soft start timer to prevent inrush current at power-up. During shutdown, both regulators completely disconnect the loads from the input supply to provide a true shutdown.Other key safety features in the ADP5070 include overcurrent protection (OCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), thermal shutdown (TSD), and input undervoltage lockout (UVLO).The ADP5070 is available in a 20-lead LFCSP or in a 20-lead TSSOP and is rated for a −40°C to +125°C junction temperature range.Applications Bipolar amplifiers, ADCs, DACs and multiplexers Charge-coupled device (CCD) bias supply Optical module supply RF power amplifier (PA) bias

The HMC1060LP3E is a BiCMOS ultra low noise quad-output linear voltage regulator targeted at high performance applications requiring superb power supply isolation.Maximum 500 mA of current, distributed between four independent outputs, enable the HMC1060LP3E to supply all of the power needs of Hittite's Wideband PLL with Integrated VCO products, such as the HMC830LP6GE.Although targeted at Hittite's Wideband PLLs with Integrated VCO products, the HMC1060LP3E makes an excellent general purpose regulator that supports adjustable output voltages ranging anywhere from 1.8V to 5.2V.An Integrated PTAT (Proportional To Absolute Temperature) feature enabled via an external pin, allows the HMC1060LP3E to scale the supply voltage with temperature in order to maximize phase noise and output power performance of Hittite's Wideband with Integrated VCO products, as well as other devices powered by the HMC1060LP3E.Integrated thermal protection disables the outputs of the HMC1060LP3E at extreme temperatures, until the device cools down, making the HMC1060LP3E a robust device capable of dealing with temporary and unforeseen scenarios including momentary short circuits and extreme temperatures.External Enable input provides a convenient way to power on or off all of the devices supplied by the HMC1060LP3E.The HMC1060LP3E is housed in a 3 × 3 mm QFN SMT package.APPLICATIONS Ultra Low Noise Frequency Generation (PLLs, VCOs, PLLs with Integrated VCOs) RF & Mixed-Signal Supply
