The LT1961 is a 1.25MHz monolithic boost switching regulator. A high efficiency 1.5A, 0.2? switch is included on the die together with all the control circuitry required to complete a high frequency, current-mode switching regulator. Current-mode control provides fast transient response and excellent loop stability.New design techniques achieve high efficiency at high switching frequencies over a wide operating voltage range. A low dropout internal regulator maintains consistent performance over a wide range of inputs from 24V systems to Li-Ion batteries. An operating supply current of 1mA maintains high efficiency, especially at lower output currents. Shutdown reduces quiescent current to 6?A. Maximum switch current remains constant at all duty cycles. Synchronization allows an external logic level signal to increase the internal oscillator from 1.5MHz to 2MHz.The LT1961 is available in an exposed pad, 8-pin MSOP package. Full cycle-by-cycle switch current limit protection and thermal shutdown are provided. Demonstration circuit 2174A-A is a high current, high efficiency, dual-phase dual-output synchronous buck converter featuring the LTC3882EUJ, a dual output voltage mode controller. The DC2174A-A operates with a 7V to 14V input voltage and is configured for 1.5V at 35A and 1V at 35A. The output voltage adjustment range is 0.5V to 2V. The LTC3882 has the PMBus interface and power system management functions.

The ADM6326/ADM6328/ADM6346/ADM6348 devices provide low cost solutions for protecting sensitive circuitry, such as micro-processor and telecommunications circuitry.With built-in glitch immunity, ultralow supply currents, and 24 reset threshold voltage options, the ADM6326/ADM6328/ADM6346/ADM6348 not only ensure that systems are immune to fast transients on VCC, but also that the devices are suitable for monitoring a variety of supply voltages in low power, portable equipment.These devices provide a reset output during power-up, power-down, and brownout conditions. On power-up, an internal timer holds RESET asserted for at least 100 ms. This holds the microprocessor in a reset state until conditions have stabilized. The reset output remains operational with VCC as low as 1 V.The ADM6326 and ADM6346 have an active low push-pull reset output. The ADM6328 and ADM6348 have an active low open-drain reset output, which requires an external pull-up resistor. The ADM6326 and ADM6328 offer a choice of ten reset thresholds in increments between 2.2 V and 3.08 V, whereas the ADM6346 and ADM6348 offer a choice of 14 reset thresholds between 3.3 V and 4.63 V. Demonstration Circuit 1227A is a wide VIN, high efficiency, fixed frequency synchronous Buck-Boost converter using the LTC3534EDHC. The LTC3534EDHC topology operates with input voltages above, below or equal to the output voltage, making the product ideal for multi-cell Alkaline/NiMH or single Lithium Ion/Polymer applications where the output voltage is within the battery voltage range. The LTC3534EDHC operates with a 2.4V to 7V input voltage range and a VOUT range of 1.8V to 7V. The demonstration board has been designed to operate with VIN from 3.6V to 7V and VOUT is set to 5V with an output current up to 500mA.

The LTM4631 is a dual 10A or single 20A output switching mode step-down DC/DC ?Module? (power module) regulator. Included in the package are the switching controller, power FETs, inductors and all supporting components. Operating from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 15V, the LTM4631 supports two outputs each with an output voltage range of 0.6V to 1.8V, each set by a single external resistor. Its high efficiency design delivers up to 10A continuous current for each output. Only a few input and output capacitors are needed.The device supports frequency synchronization, multiphase operation, Burst Mode operation and output voltage tracking for supply rail sequencing and has an onboard temperature diode for device temperature monitoring. Demonstration circuit 2785A-A features the LTM4668 µModule® regulator, a Quad 1.2A high efficiency step-down regulator. DC2785A-A has an operating input voltage range of 2.7V to 17V and can provide an output current of up to 1.5A. The output voltage can be programmed from 0.6V up to 1.8V. The LTM4668 is a complete DC/DC point of load regulator in a thermally enhanced 6.25mm × 6.25mm × 2.1mm BGA package requiring only a few input and output capacitors. External clock synchronization is available through the CLKIN turret. The LTM4668 data sheet must be read in conjunction with this demo manual for working on or modifying demo circuit 2785A-A.
