LT8620HMSE#TRPBF
Analog Devices Inc.
The LT8620 is a compact, high efficiency, high speed synchronous monolithic step-down switching regulator that accepts a wide input voltage range up to 65V, and consumes only 2.5μA of quiescent current. Top and bottom power switches are included with all necessary circuitry to minimize the need for external components. Low ripple Burst Mode operation enables high efficiency down to very low output currents while keeping the output ripple below 10mVP-P. A SYNC pin allows synchronization to an external clock. Internal compensation with peak current mode topology allows the use of small inductors and results in fast transient response and good loop stability. The EN/UV pin has an accurate 1V threshold and can be used to program VIN undervoltage lockout or to shut down the LT8620 reducing the input supply current to 1μA. A capacitor on the TR/SS pin programs the output voltage ramp rate during start-up. The PG flag signals when VOUT is within ±9% of the programmed output voltage as well as fault conditions. The LT8620 is available in small 16-Lead MSOP and 3mm × 5mm QFN packages with exposed pads for low thermal resistance.Applications Automotive and Industrial Supplies General Purpose Step-Down GSM Power Supplies

LTC2992IMS-1#PBF
Analog Devices Inc.
The LTC2992 is a rail-to-rail system monitor that measures current, voltage, and power of two supplies. It features an operating range of 2.7V to 100V and includes a shunt regulator for supplies above 100V. The voltage measurement range of 0V to 100V is independent of the input supply. Two ADCs simultaneously measure each supply’s current. A third ADC monitors the input voltages and four auxiliary external voltages. Each supply’s current and power is added for total system consumption. Minimum and maximum values are stored and an overrange alert with programmable thresholds minimizes the need for software polling. Data is reported via a standard I2C interface. Shutdown mode reduces current consumption to 25μA typically. The LTC2992 I2C interface includes separate data input and output pins for use with standard or opto-isolated I2C connections. The LTC2992-1 has an inverted data output for use with inverting opto-isolator configurations.Applications Telecom Infrastructure Industrial Equipment Automotive Computer Systems and Servers

Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX40200 is an ideal diode current-switch that drops so little voltage that it approaches an order of magnitude better than Schottky diodes. When forward-biased and enabled, the MAX40200 conducts with as little as 85mV of voltage drop while carrying currents as high as 1A. Typical voltage drop is 43mV at 500mA, with the voltage drop increasing linearly at higher currents. The MAX40200 thermally protects itself, and any downstream circuitry, from overtemperature conditions. When disabled (EN = low) the MAX40200 blocks voltages up to 6V in either direction, making it suitable for most low-voltage, portable electronic devices. The MAX40200 operates from a supply voltage of 1.5V to 5.5V.The MAX40200 is available in a tiny, 0.73mm X 0.73mm, 4-bump wafer-level package (WLP), with a 0.35mm bump pitch and only 0.5mm high and 5-pin SOT-23 package. The MAX40200 operates over the extended -40°C to +125°C temperature range.Design Solution: Cut Your Losses—With an Ideal Diode ›Design Solution: Design a Cooler, Safer Smart-Home Hub—Using an Ideal Diode ›How to Add a Diode ORing or Battery Backup Circuit Using the MAX40200 Ideal DiodeApplicationsCellular PhonesElectronic ToysNotebook and Tablet ComputersPortable Media PlayersPortable/Wearable Medical DevicesUSB-Powered Peripherals

MAX77756BEWL+T
Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX77756 is a synchronous 500mA step-down DC-DC converter with integrated dual-input power multiplexer (MUX). The converter operates on an input supply as low as 3.0V and as high as 24V. Default output voltage is factory-programmed to either 1.8V, 3.3V, or 5.0V. Output voltage is further adjustable through external resistors or an I2C serial interface. The dual-input power MUX selects the higher voltage from two different input sources to power the step-down converter. Control circuitry ensures that only one channel of the MUX is on at a time to prevent cross-conduction between input sources. For single-input applications, the MUX can be bypassed and the step-down converter can be powered directly from the SUP pin. The MAX77756 is available in a small 2.33mm × 1.42mm (0.7mm max height), 15-bump wafer-level package (WLP). For a similar buck converter without a power MUX, refer to the MAX77596.Design Solution: Pack More Power in Your Cool, Small Smart-Home Hub ›ApplicationsBattery-Powered Systems, Backup Battery, Uninterruptible RailsHome Automation, Low IQ Smart HubsNotebook and Tablet ComputersUSB Type-C Power Delivery Accessories and Devices
