The MAX6070/MAX6071 offer a very low noise and low-drift voltage reference in a small 6-pin SOT23 package. These devices provide a 1/f noise voltage of only4.8µVP-P at an output voltage of 2.5V, with a temperature drift of 6ppm/°C (max, A grade). The devices consume 150µA of supply current and can sink and source up to 10mA of load current. The low-drift and low-noise specifications enable enhanced system accuracy, making these devices ideal for high-precision industrial applications. The MAX6070 offers a noise filter option for wideband applications.The devices are available in a 6-pin SOT23 package and specified over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The ADP1870 / ADP1871 are versatile current-mode, synchronous step-down controllers that provide superior transient response, optimal stability, and current-limit protection by using a constant on-time, pseudo-fixed frequency with a programmable current limit, current-control scheme. In addition, these devices offer optimum performance at low duty cycles by utilizing valley current-mode control architecture. This allows the ADP1870 / ADP1871 to drive all N-channel power stages to regulate output voltages as low as 0.6 V.The ADP1871 is the power saving mode (PSM) version of the device and is capable of pulse skipping to maintain output regulation while achieving improved system efficiency at light loads (see the Power Saving Mode (PSM) Version (ADP1871) section for more information).Available in three frequency options (300 kHz, 600 kHz, and 1.0 MHz, plus the PSM option), the ADP1870 / ADP1871 are well suited for a wide range of applications that require a single-input power supply range from 2.95 V to 20 V. Low voltage biasing is supplied via a 5 V internal LDO.In addition, an internally fixed soft start period is included to limit input in-rush current from the input supply during startup and to provide reverse current protection during soft start for a precharged output. The low-side current-sense, current-gain scheme and integration of a boost diode, along with the PSM/forced pulse width modulation (PWM) option, reduce the external part count and improve efficiency.The ADP1870 / ADP1871 operate over the -40°C to +125°C junction temperature range and are available in 10-lead MSOP package.

The ADuM6000 is an isolated DC/DC converter based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. The LT3060 series are micropower, low dropout voltage (LDO) linear regulators that operate over a 1.6V to 45V input supply range. The devices supply 100mA of output current with a typical dropout voltage of 300mV. A single external capacitor provides programmable low noise reference performance and output soft-start functionality. The LT3060’s quiescent current is merely 40μA and provides fast transient response with a minimum 2.2μF output capacitor. In shutdown, quiescent current is less than 1μA and the reference soft-start capacitor is reset.The LT3060 regulators optimize stability and transient response with low ESR, ceramic output capacitors. The regulators do not require the addition of ESR as is common with other regulators.Internal protection circuitry includes reverse-battery protection, reverse-output protection, reverse-current protection, current limit with foldback and thermal shutdown. The LT3060 series are available in fixed output voltages of 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V and 15V, and as an adjustable voltage regulator with an output voltage range from the 600mV reference to 44.5V. The LT3694/LT3694-1 are monolithic, current mode DC/DC converters with dual, low dropout regulator controllers. The switching converter is a step-down converter capable of generating up to 2.6A at its output. Each regulator has independent track/soft-start circuits simplifying power supply sequencing and interfacing with microcontrollers and DSPs. The switching frequency is set with a single resistor with a range of 250kHz to 2.5MHz. The high switching frequency permits the use of small inductors and ceramic capacitors leading to very small triple output solutions. The constant-switching frequency, combined with low impedance ceramic capacitors, results in low, predictable output ripple. Protection circuitry senses the current in the power switch and external Schottky catch diode to protect the LT3694 against short-circuit conditions. Frequency foldback and thermal shutdown provide additional protection. With its wide input voltage range of 4V to 36V, the LT3694 regulates a broad array of power sources from 4-cell batteries and 5V logic rails to unregulated wall transformers, lead acid batteries and distributed power supplies. The LTC2911 is a low power, high accuracy triple supply monitor with a power-fail comparator. Reset timeout may be selected with an external capacitor or set to an internally generated 200ms. The V1 pin monitors a 3.3V supply. The V2 pin monitors a 5V, 2.5V, 1.8V, 1.2V or adjustable supply. A third adjustable input has a nominal 0.5V threshold allowing a resistive divider to configure its threshold. All three comparators feature a tight 1.5% threshold accuracy over the entire operating temperature range while a glitch filter ensures reliable reset operation. A spare comparator can be configured to provide early warning of a low voltage condition. It causes the PFO output to pull low when the voltage of the PFI input falls below 0.5V, allowing the power-fail threshold to be configured with a resistive divider.
