The HMC1126 is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transfer (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), distributed power amplifier that operates from 2 GHz to 50 GHz. The HMC1126 provides 11 dB of gain, 28 dBm output IP3, and 17.5 dBm of output power at 1 dB gain compression, while requiring 65 mA from a 5 V supply. The HMC1126 amplifier inputs/outputs are internally matched to 50 Ω facilitating integration into multichip modules (MCMs). The HMC265LM3 is a 20 - 31 GHz surface mount sub-harmonically pumped (x2) MMIC mixer downconverter with integrated LO and IF amplifiers in a SMT leadless chip carrier package. The 2LO to RF and IF isolations are an excellent 28 to 47 dB, eliminating the need for additional filtering. The LO amplifier is a single bias (+3V to +4V) two stage design with only -4 dBm drive requirement. All data is with the non-hermetic, epoxy sealed LM3 packaged device mounted in a 50 ohm test fixture. The HMC413QS16G(E) is a high efficiency GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC Power amplifier which operates between 1.6 and 2.2 GHz. The amplifier is packaged in a low cost, surface mount 16 leaded package with an exposed base for improved RF and thermal performance. With a minimum of external components, the amplifier provides 23 dB of gain, +29.5 dBm of saturated power at 42% PAE from a +5V supply voltage. The amplifi er can also operate with a 3.6V supply. The HMC420QS16(E) is a linear down-converter receiver IC suitiable for cellular infrastructure applications from 0.7 - 1.0 GHz. An integrated mixer coupled with a high dynamic range IF amplifier achieves an input intercept point (OIP3) of +15 dBm, and an input P1dB of +1 dBm. The converter provides a gain of 12.5 dB and 13 dB typical single side band noise. The IC operates from positive +5V rails consuming 52 mA of current while requiring only 0 dBm LO drive. The design requires no external baluns, and minimal off chip components. The HMC613LC4B is a Successive Detection Log Video Amplifier (SDLVA) which operates from 0.1 to 20 GHz. The HMC613LC4B provides a logging range of 59 dB. This device offers typical fast rise/fall times of 4/18 ns and a superior delay time of 14 ns. The HMC613LC4B log video output slope is typically 14 mV/dB. Maximum recovery times are less than 30 ns. The HMC7149 is an 10W Gallium Nitride (GaN) MMIC Power Amplifier which operates between 6 and 18 GHz. The amplifier typically provides 20 dB of small signal gain, +40 dBm of saturated output power, and +39.5 dBm output IP3 at +28 dBm output power per tone. The HMC7149 draws 680 mA current from a +28V DC supply. The RF I/Os are matched to 50 Ohms for ease of integration into Multi-Chip-Modules (MCMs). All electrical performance data was acquired with the die eutectically attached to 1.02 mm (40 mil) thick CuMo carrier with multiple 1.0 mil diameter ball bonds connecting the die to 50 Ohm transmission lines on alumina.Applications Test Instrumentation General Communications Radar

The HMC765LP6CE is a fully functioned Fractional-N Phase-Locked-Loop (PLL) with an Integrated Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO). The input reference frequency range is 100 kHz to 220 MHz while the advanced delta-sigma modulator design in the fractional PLL allows both ultra-fine step sizes and very low spurious products. The highly integrated structure provides excellent phase noise performance over temperature, shock and process. The HMC765LP6CE is packaged in a leadless QFN 6 x 6 mm surface mount package.
