The ADuCRF101 is a fully integrated, data acquisition solution that is designed for low power, wireless applications. The AD5755-1 is a quad, voltage and current output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that operates with a power supply range from −26.4 V to +33 V. On-chip dynamic power control minimizes package power dissipation in current mode. This is achieved by regulating the voltage on the output driver from 7.4 V to 29.5 V using a dc-to-dc boost converter optimized for minimum on-chip power dissipation. Each channel has a corresponding CHART pin so that HART signals can be coupled onto the current output of the AD5755-1.The device uses a versatile 3-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates of up to 30 MHz and is compatible with standard SPI, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, DSP, and microcontroller interface standards. The ADM1168 Super Sequencer® is a configurable supervisory/ sequencing device that offers a single-chip solution for supply monitoring and sequencing in multiple supply systems.The device also provides up to eight programmable inputs for monitoring undervoltage faults, overvoltage faults, or out-of-window faults on up to eight supplies. In addition, eight programmable outputs can be used as logic enables. Six of these programmable outputs can also provide up to a 12 V output for driving the gate of an NFET that can be placed in the path of a supply.The logical core of the device is a sequencing engine. This state machine-based construction provides up to 63 different states. This design enables very flexible sequencing of the outputs based on the condition of the inputs.A block of nonvolatile EEPROM is available that can be used to store user-defined information and may also be used to hold a number of fault records that are written by the sequencing engine defined by the user when a particular fault or sequence occurs.The ADM1168 is controlled via configuration data that can be programmed into an EEPROM. It is capable of delivering 3 W of continuous output powerwith 100 dB.Spread-spectrum pulse density modulation (PDM) is used toprovide lower EMI-radiated emissions compared with otherClass-D architectures. The inherent randomized nature ofspread-spectrum PDM eliminates the clock intermodulation(beating effect) of several amplifiers in close proximity.The SSM2375 includes an optional modulation select pin(ultralow EMI emissions mode) that significantly reduces theradiated emissions at the Class-D outputs, particularly above100 MHz. In ultralow EMI emissions mode, the SSM2375can pass FCC Class B radiated emission testing with 50 cm,unshielded speaker cable without any external filtering.The device also includes a highly flexible gain select pin thatallows the user to select a gain of 0 dB, 3 dB, 6 dB, 9 dB, or12 dB. The gain selection feature improves gain matchingbetween multiple SSM2375 devices within a single applicationas compared to using external resistors to set the gain.The SSM2375 has a micropower shutdown mode with a typicalshutdown current of 20 nA. The OP27 precision operational amplifier combines the low offset and drift of the OP07 with both high speed and low noise. Offsets down to 25µV and drift of 0.6µV/°C maximum make the OP27 ideal for precision instrumentation applications. Exceptionally low noise, a low 1/f noise corner frequency, and high gain (1.8 million), allow accurate high-gain amplification of low-level signals. A gain-bandwidth product of 8MHz and a 2.8V/µsec slew rate provides excellent dynamic accuracy in high-speed data-acquisition systems. A low input bias current of ±10nA typical is achieved by use of a bias-current-cancellation circuit. The output stage has good load driving capability. A guaranteed swing of ±10V into 600 Ohms and low output distortion make the OP27 an excellent choice for audio applications. PSRR and CMRR exceed 120dB. These characteristics, coupled with long-term drift of 0.2µV/month, allow the circuit designer to achieve performance levels previously attained only by discrete designs.

The AD2S1210 is a complete 10-bit to 16-bit resolution tracking resolver-to-digital converter, integrating an on-board programmable sinusoidal oscillator that provides sine wave excitation for resolvers.The converter accepts 3.15 V p-p ± 27% input signals, in the range of 2 kHz to 20 kHz on the sine and cosine inputs. A Type II servo loop is employed to track the inputs and convert the input sine and cosine information into a digital representation of the input angle and velocity. The maximum tracking rate is 3125 rps.The AD2S1210WDSTZ and the AD2S1210WDSTZRL7 models have been approved by an independent accredited body for use in Automotive Safety Integrity Level B rated applications according to ISO 26262. The Type II tracking loop provides continuous output position data without conversion delay. It also provides noise immunity and tolerance of harmonic distortion on the reference and input signals. System fault detection. A fault detection circuit can sense loss of resolver signals, out-of-range input signals, input signal mismatch, or loss of position tracking. The fault detection threshold levels can be individually programmed by the user for optimization within a particular application. Input signal range. The sine and cosine inputs can accept differential input voltages of 3.15 V p-p ± 27%. Programmable excitation frequency. Excitation frequency is easily programmable to a number of standard frequencies between 2 kHz and 20 kHz. Triple format position data. Absolute 10-bit to 16-bit angular position data is accessed via either a 16-bit parallel port or a 4-wire serial interface. Incremental encoder emulation is in standard A-quad-B format with direction output available. Digital velocity output. 10-bit to 16-bit signed digital velocity accessed via either a 16-bit parallel port or a 4-wire serial interface.
