The ADuM3210/ADuM3211 are dual-channel, digital isolators based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology, this isolation component provides outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices.By avoiding the use of LEDs and photodiodes, iCoupler devices remove the design difficulties commonly associated with optocouplers. The typical optocoupler concerns regarding uncertain current transfer ratios, nonlinear transfer functions, and temperature and lifetime effects are eliminated with the simple iCoupler digital interfaces and stable performance characteristics. The need for external drivers and other discrete components is eliminated with these iCoupler products. Furthermore, iCoupler devices consume one-tenth to one- sixth the power of optocouplers at comparable signal data rates. The ADuM3210/ADuM3211 isolators provide two independent isolation channels in two channel configurations with data rates up to 25 Mbps (see the Ordering Guide). They operate with 3.3 V or 5 V supply voltages on either side, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems, as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. The ADuM3210/ADuM3211 isolators have a default output low characteristic in comparison to the ADuM3200/ADuM3201 models, which have a default output high characteristic. ADG5419BRMZ-RL7

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG5419 is a monolithic industrial CMOS analog switch containing a latch-up immune single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) switch. An EN input on the LFCSP package is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched off. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and each switch has an input signal range that extends to the power supplies. In the off condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. The ADG5419 exhibits break-before-make switching action for use in multiplexer applications. The ultralow on resistance and on-resistance flatness of these switches make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and gain switching applications, where low distortion is critical. The latch-up immune construction, and high ESD rating, makes these switches more robust in harsh environments.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Trench isolation guards against latch-up. A dielectric trench separates the P and N channel transistors thereby preventing latch-up even under severe overvoltage conditions. Low RON. Dual-supply operation. For applications where the analog signal is bipolar, the ADG5419 can be operated from dual supplies up to ±22 V. Single-supply operation. For applications where the analog signal is unipolar, the ADG5419 can be operated from a single-rail power supply up to 40 V. 3 V logic compatible digital inputs: VINH = 2.0 V, VINL = 0.8 V. No VL logic power supply required.APPLICATIONS High voltage signal routing Automatic test equipment Analog front-end circuits Precision data acquisition Industrial Instrumentation Amplifier gain select Relay replacement

ADL5324-EVALZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADL5324 incorporates a dynamically adjustable biasing circuit that allows for the customization of OIP3 and P1dB performance from 3.3 V to 5 V, without the need for an external bias resistor. This feature gives the designer the ability to tailor driver amplifier performance to the specific needs of the design. This feature also creates the opportunity for dynamic biasing of the driver amplifier where a variable supply is used to allow for full 5 V biasing under large signal conditions, and then reduced supply voltage when signal levels are smaller and lower power consumption is desirable. This scalability reduces the need to evaluate and inventory multiple driver amplifiers for different output power requirements, from 25 dBm to 29 dBm output power levels. The ADL5324 is also rated to operate across the wide temperature range of −40°C to +105°C for reliable performance in designs that experience higher temperatures, such as power amplifiers. The ½ W driver amplifier also covers the wide frequency range of 400 MHz to 4000 MHz, and only requiresa few external components to be tuned to a specific band within that wide range. This high performance broadband RF driver amplifier is well suited for a variety of wired and wireless applications, including cellular infrastructure, ISM band power amplifiers, defense equipment, and instrumentation equipment. A fully populated evaluation board is available. The ADL5324 also delivers excellent ACPR vs. output power and bias voltage. The driver can deliver greater than 17 dBm of output power at 2140 MHz, while achieving an ACPR of −55 dBc at 5 V. If the bias is reduced to 3.3 V, the −55 dBc ACPR output power only minimally reduces to 15 dBm.Applications Wireless infrastructure Automated test equipment ISM/AMR applications

ADL6010-EVALZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADL6010 is a versatile, broadband envelope detector covering the microwave spectrum. It provides state-of-the-art accuracy with very low power consumption (8 mW) in a simple, easy to use 6-lead format. The output is a baseband voltage proportional to the instantaneous amplitude of the radio frequency (RF) input signal. It exhibits minimal slope variation of the RF input to envelope output transfer function from 0.5 GHz to 43.5 GHz.The detector cell uses a proprietary eight Schottky diode array followed by a novel linearizer circuit that creates a linear voltmeter with an overall scaling factor (or transfer gain) of nominally ×2.2 relative to the voltage amplitude of the input.Although the ADL6010 is not inherently a power responding device, it remains convenient to specify the input in this way. Thus, the permissible input power, relative to a 50 Ω source input impedance, ranges from −30 dBm to +15 dBm. The corresponding input voltage amplitudes of 11.2 mV to 1.8 V generate quasi-dc outputs from about 25 mV to 4 V above common (COMM).A subtle aspect of the balanced detector topology is that no even-order distortion, caused by nonlinear source loading, occurs at the input. This is an important benefit in applications where a low ratio coupler is used to extract a signal sample and is a significant improvement over traditional diode detectors. The power equivalent of a fluctuating RF input amplitude can be extracted by the addition of an rms-to-dc converter IC. Alternatively, the baseband output can be applied to a suitably fast analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and the rms value (and other signal metrics, such as peak to average ratio) calculated in the digital domain. The output response accuracy is insensitive to variation in the supply voltage, which can range from 4.75 V to 5.25 V. The ultralow power dissipation contributes to its long-term stability. The ADL6010ACPZN is specified for operation from −40°C to +85°C, and the ADL6010SCPZN is specified for operation from −55°C to +125°C. Both are available in a 6-lead, 2 mm × 2 mm LFCSP package.Applications Microwave point to point links Microwave instrumentation Radar-based measurement systems

The ADM8323/ADM8324 are supervisory circuits that monitor power supply voltage levels and code execution integrity in microprocessor-based systems. An on-chip watchdog timer checks for activity within a preset timeout window. A reset signal can also be asserted by an external push-button switch through a manual reset input. The RESET output is either push-pull (ADM8323) or open-drain (ADM8324).A watchdog failure results in a low output on the RESET pin. A failure can be triggered either by a fast watchdog error (watchdog pulses too close together) or by a slow watchdog error (no watchdog pulse within the timeout period). This effectively gives a window to observe the watchdog pulse. The watchdog timeout is measured from the last falling edge of the watchdog input (WDI). There are eight different watchdog windows available, as shown in Table 5.Each device is available in a choice of 26 reset threshold options from 2.5 V to 5 V in 100 mV increments. There are also four reset timeout options of 1 ms, 20 ms, 140 ms, and 1120 ms (minimum). Not all device options are available as standard models. See the Ordering Guide for details. The ADM8323/ADM8324 are available in a 5-lead SOT-23 package and typically consume only 10 μA, making them suitable for use in low power portable applications.Applications Automotive Microprocessor systems Computers Controllers Intelligent instruments Portable equipment
